Turn off your water and check water meter if it is running if yes there could be a leakage issue. Look for signs of water damage in areas like under sinks, around bathtub, around household appliances, lower part of the toilet etc.

Check and compare your water bills, if you notice unusual spike in bills despite same amount of water consumption, there is leak.
