Kowal Realty Opens Sales Centre in Whitetail Crossing in Mundare

Entries are available to people who drop by the sales centre which is open seven days a week from 12 pm to 6 pm throughout the summer. Shannon says it’s like an information depot and any listings can be immediately accessed through their Quick Response (QR) Code.

Shannon is easily accessible and can directly assist with showings. She is excited about the four vacant lots she has up for sale in Whitetail Crossing that are affordably priced at $35,000. There are three spec homes currently available for purchase at $249,000. These bi-level homes 837 square feet and are literally a stone’s throw away from the golf course.
