According to Fire Chief Chris Jardine there were initial reports of an individual potentially trapped inside. Jardine stated that, “Crews arrived to find the home with extensive fire on the second floor and attic space. Crews executed an exterior attack to allow for entry into the residence and to prevent fire spread to adjacent structures. After difficult extinguishment and subsequent search of the second floor, crews unfortunately located a deceased victim in an upstairs bedroom.
