Action Points and Matters Arising •
RF is investigating T-shirts and presented a brochure from the producer indicating fabrics and colours
•
The committee decided to buy 25 female T-shirts (12s/12m/1l) and 50 male Tshirts, with the size distribution the same as last year
•
The committee agreed that RF would be authorised to buy the T-shirts if the average price per shirt was £15 or less
•
The committee agreed on electric green for the colour of the T-shirts
AGM •
Emma Smith and Keira Barrett are likely to join the committee
•
JD is not standing for re-election
•
AW is looking to transfer some or all of the responsibilities of the Membership Secretary ◦
•

CH has expressed interest and will be briefed by AW
ED will brief FL on the responsibilities of the treasurer role
Meets •
All winter meets are full, with the exception of the CIC meet
•
ED will ensure that all meet leaders have keys
•
JD has had a complaint from a member who was unable to find out about the last Shaftoe meet through the website calendar ◦
•
The possibility of replacing the website calendar with a link to the NMC chat facebook page was discussed. IB will investigate
RF reports that attendance at Hadrian Leisure is falling, and members are dissatisfied with the routes not being reset ◦
The committee agreed to put the question of continuing use to the AGM

IB is to create a meet planning Google sheet

Mark Savage and Dan Varian are booked to speak on the 18 th of January at Hadrian Leisure
•
No rule changes are proposed for the coming AGM
Correspondence •
AW has received a communication from the BMC asking whether or not the club carries out any non-mountaineering activities that may affect its insurance. He reminded the club that the BMC provides members with third party insurance when taking part in climbing and mountaineering activities as members, and when taking part in other activities – eg mountain biking – as part of club events, but not as individuals
•
IB has been chasing up arrangements for hut access with other clubs and has had no response to his latest enquiry
•
CH reported that the celidh realised £78 profit that will be donated to Tim's charity

ED requests communication about club expenses to be by email to allow an audit trail
