The Nomad Approach NOMAD has a collaborative creative process to engage and consult with clients early and often throughout the creative process. This presentation is a general case and demonstrates typical project development steps. NOMAD will always accommodate and deliver work within the timeframe allocated, adjusted to the process as required. Meetings will happen in person, on the phone or via our online project management portal. Furthermore, our process allows for creative participation by our clients on every project. Discovery We start by emailing, talking to or meeting with our clients to talk about what they want to accomplish. With a clear understanding of the objectives and scope of the project NOMAD produces an estimate prior to commencing work. Estimates are subject to review the same as anything else. Therefore it’s natural to answer questions or make a revision or two before we get client approval. Creative & Planning With the big ideas firmly in hand, the creative team and copywriters start to work out the concepts. Research and background information are handed over from the account manager and photography acquired as needed. The art and account directors ensure that the client’s history; marketing strategy and brand standards are consistently applied. We prefer to present concepts in person, discuss the relative strengths and go over how it meets the project objectives. The account manager and creative director are both there to answer any questions the client may have. Refine A good back-and-forth with our clients is a healthy part of any project’s development. We work with our clients to incorporate their feedback until we have final artwork ready to move forward with. Execute The media plan can include printing executions, advertising buys, online adaptations or any other campaign tactic. Each tactic is presented to our clients as a stand-alone project. The goal is a cohesive campaign that conveys the intended message consistently across all media. As in the refining stage, we work back-and-forth with our clients to revise and finalize each part of the campaign. Press ready files are then created and sent to suppliers and publications. Follow Up The project isn’t complete until we have it in hand or in-market. Your account manager is in constant contact with suppliers to ensure execution happens on schedule and to our quality expectations. Once complete, our account team comes back to the client to review the successes, challenges and results of the campaign. That way we can apply these lessons to our future work.

In August 2015 we embarked on a partnership to refresh the RwandAir brand and help them realize their vision of linking Rwanda to the world. ABOUT THE CREDIT REFERENCE SYSTEM What is Credit Reference System (CRS)? The Credit Reference System (CRS) is a system through which information on borrowers’ credit history and activities is collected and processed. This information is accessible to both lenders and borrowers with the borrower’s permission.

How does CRS help me? The CRS generates a credit report based on your past behavior with other lenders. If you make timely repayments to your lenders, you will have a positive credit report. You can use this good credit report to borrow money since lenders will know that they can trust you to pay back on time.

What are the beneﬁts of CRS?

Participating institutions are able to quickly assess your credit risk and make a decision on your loan application. Participating institutions no longer have to raise charges to compensate for poor payment behavior of some borrowers which ensures good borrowing rates. Credit guarantors can make an informed decision to guarantee your loan. Having a good repayment history gives you bargaining power to negotiate lower borrowing rates.

ABOUT THE DEPOSIT PROTECTION FUND OF UGANDA What is the Deposit Protection Fund of Uganda (DPF)? The Deposit Protection Fund of Uganda is a body that protects deposits made to Bank of Uganda regulated Financial Institutions by ensuring that the depositors are repaid* their money in case of failure or closure of the institution.

How long will it take for DPF to repay me if the ﬁnancial institution I save with closes? The DPF will ensure you receive your money within 90 days of the ﬁnancial institution’s closing.
