We remain committed to serving the needs of our community Dear reader, advertiser, sponsor and community member: I write this column to let you know that we here at the Northern Horizon are recognizing the significant challenges that the current COVID-19 pandemic is creating for many of you. Recently our prime minister made significant comments and announcements in regards to the federal government’s actions and recommendations. We will behave completely within those guidelines and requests. I wish to share with you that all of us here at Northern Horizon are taking this issue very seriously. We remain 100 per cent committed to serving the needs of our community, especially at this unsettling time. Our newsroom staff are fully engaged (by phone and email) with community news happenings and particularly events and changes around the very fluid COVID-19 pandemic. We will keep you fully updated 24/7 on our website, dawsoncreekmirror.ca. We understand the need to have the most up-to-date information available, at all times, and you will get just that. We will continue to print and deliver our newspaper, every second week. The papers will carry up-to-date COVID-19 information as well as all the other community news that you expect. Our carriers have been asked to be especially diligent in providing social distancing for our readers, at their homes. Please respect their wish for social distancing as well. However, for the most up-to-date information, please visit our website at dawsoncreekmirror.ca. We have taken the decision to create WFH (work from home) solutions for all our employees. This will affect our ability to provide personal service at our office. As such, our office is now offering restricted access to employees only. Please call ahead to make arrangements if you wish to visit one or more of our employees. Many of them will be taking the WFH opportunity and will not be available at the office. The newspaper boxes outside our front door will remained stocked with papers. We hope that all of you remain safe and healthy during this outbreak of COVID-19. Practise personal hygiene, maintain social distancing, and self-quarantine with the very first sign of symptoms that matches the expectations of this virus. William Julian Regional Manager

IS OUR SUPPLY CHAIN AT RISK OF DEFAULT? pursue any occupation that we wish and become the best in those fields! What the B.C. government is doing in taking over the supply chain is the equivalent of saying to ICU and emergency room doctors and nurses, “Hey, sorry, but you’re not doing a good enough job of treating COVID-19 patients because too many people have died so we’re gonna take over here.” This obviously would never happen because, even though they have a few people who lead medicine & healthcare, the government is not a front-line expert and don’t have the capacity or experience to manage this chaos. The same can be said for the supply chain and probably best evidenced by Cargill’s chief risk officer, Brian Sikes, who was said, “we’re making decisions by the hour.” While some of you may disagree with me, the fact remains that there are people who know every single nook and cranny of their supply chain. Inserting a bureaucrat into said supply chain to do a better job is a grossly understated waste of resources and a definitive road to a supply chain that will be in no way, better than what we’re seeing today in terms of reliability and order. If anything, if you have connections to anyone making decisions in your local, provincial, or national government, you should ask them NOT to appropriate supply chains – especially food supply chains.Instead, encourage them to work with the current supply chain experts to remove any obstacles in their way. For example, the U.S. has designated many parts of the agricultural supply chain as essential infrastructure, but no move has been matched by Canada, and this comes just as Plant 2020 is ready to fire up. More broadly, we should be encouraging our governments to support the companies who are bringing essential goods to market in any way. Replacing their authority and expertise would be the equivalent of Gary Bettman telling Sidney Crosby, “You know what, you can take the night off; I’ve been watching you play for a long time and I think I can do this so I’ll be suiting up in your place tonight. Of course, this won’t happen because (1) the NHL is suspended and (2) Gary Bettman can, self-admittedly, barely skate. My same argument for entrusting the supply chain experts to do their job can be said for your farm or agribusiness. If you need a solution to a problem right this second, are you going to try to learn all the expertise associated with that problem, or are you going to leverage the expertise of someone who knows the issue backwards and forwards? Immediately the areas that come to mind are accounting and veterinarian services. One healthy exercise you might consider this weekend is to write down all the jobs that must be done in your operation, and then you and your co-workers write down what areas you are experts in and what you’re terrible at. You’ll find out pretty quickly where your gaps are, which will tell you what type of experts you need to find to help you make that next step forward. Have a great weekend! Grain markets this morning are in the green as demand from the supply chain for essential foodstuffs remains strong. After a three-day rally to start the week (including the Dow jumping 11% on Monday, a new record single-day performance) stock markets are all lower this morning. Nonetheless, the complex is set to see its first positive week in March, but this is probably highlighted best in Asia where markets are headed for their best weekly performance in 30 years! Worth noting though is that China has now closed its borders to most foreigners starting tomorrow, as they minimize the risk of COVID-19 re-starting its spread within the People’s Republic. The U.S. has now become the country with the most cases of COVID-19, passing China’s “official” numbers (but let’s be honest: who believes them?).Michigan alone now has nearly more cases than Canada, and already more COVID-19 deaths, but New York is the epicentre with one doctor saying “9/11 was nothing compared to this.”Also, U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson has tested positive for COVID-19. Our Food Supply Chain Has a Strong Base At its core (read: the production level) the food supply chain in Europe and North America is very strong. Those who are farming grains, oilseeds, pulses, vegetables, fruit, or are running livestock are now being counted on and recognized. While the healthcare industry and truckers might get the most praise right now, farmers are getting more admiration than usual, begging the suggestion from Real Agriculture’s Kara Oosterhuis of a “rural revival”! That said, there are some challenges that the supply chain is facing that I would encourage some groupthink on. One is getting safety materials like gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer to truckers.Another is the lack of truck stops and/or restaurants who are still open to allow these essential workers to reset with a hot shower and a decent meal. The bottom line is that its base, our food supply chains are robust and ready to meet the challenge. For example, the meat industry is cracking on at full-tilt.We’re also seeing North American wheat millers searching every corner of their supply chain to satisfy the current panic-demand for bread, flour, and other foodstuff staples made from cereals.Naomi Blohm of Stewart-Peterson notes that if the economic downturn drags on, “the food that will then be in demand will be bread and pasta. This food is cheap, easy to make, and fills the bellies of hungry children. The bottom line is that there is still a lot of grain in the world – especially wheat – but it’s nice to see some fresh demand headlines for a change. High-protein wheat is finding some strength as well, as evidenced by the continued strong pace of U.S. hard red spring wheat exports. Through its Week 42 of the 2019/20 crop year, U.S. HRS wheat exports are tracking more than 8% higher than a year ago with 5.3 MMT shipped out (or 194.7M bushels if converting metric tonnes to bushels). Of note this week from the USDA was that export sales of U.S. corn hit a marketing year high, while U.S. soybean and wheat export sales were above and near the top-end range of expectations, respectively Will the Supply Chain Cede to Government? To be honest, I had a much different Breakfast Brief teed up for today, talking about the macro environment and where things may end up a few months down the road. However, the plan changed when I read this headline this morning when I woke up “B.C. assumes power to take over supply chains amid COVID-19”.Not to fret, you’ll get my macro perspective next week, but I had to share my thoughts on this fresh development, as I’ve actually been thinking on it for the last few weeks. More concretely, I’ve shared my concerns in private conversations with investors and supply chain risk managers about the possibility of governments nationalizing food supply chains in order to maintain, well, order. With the B.C. government appropriating the province’s supply chain, I’m not very optimistic as to where this will end up and to answer your question of “why?”, it’s simple: the government is not a supply chain expert. Alongside our general freedom (which we do STILL enjoy today) is the fact that we can

INgREDIENTS
• 1.5 lbs (680 g) beef stewing meat, cut into 1-1 1/2” cubes • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) canola oil, divided • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) all-purpose flour • 1 cup (250 mL) diced white onion • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) medium diced carrots • 2 cloves garlic, chopped • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) tomato paste • 2 cups (500 mL) beef stock • 2 cups (500 mL) dry red wine • 2 bay leaves • 2-3 tsp (10-15 mL) coarse ground black pepper • 2 cups (500 mL) cooked black beans* or 1 can (19 oz/540 mL) black beans, drained & rinsed • Garnish (optional) • 1 cup (250 mL) spicy microgreens (mustard, arugula, radish, etc.) OR • 3 Tbsp (45 mL) chopped fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
• Pat the beef dry with paper towel and season well with salt and black pepper. Dredge lightly in flour (approx. 2 Tbsp, use more if needed), shaking off the excess. • Heat 1 Tbsp (15 mL) oil in a large thick bottom pot over medium-high heat. Brown half the beef and transfer to a plate. Add the remaining oil to the pot and brown the rest of the beef. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside. • Add onions, carrots and garlic to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously, while scraping off the bottom to prevent bits from burning. Stir in tomato paste and continue to cook for another minute. • Deglaze the pot with stock and red wine, scraping the bottom to remove the tasty bits. Add seared beef and stir in bay leaves and ground black pepper (add more pepper to taste as desired). • Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover with a lid. Cook for about 1 hour 30 minutes or until meat is very tender, stirring occasionally. • Once meat is tender, stir in cooked beans and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring often. • Remove bay leaves. • Season to taste with salt and black pepper, plate and garnish with microgreens or parsley. Serve alongside prepared whipped potatoes, rice or quinoa. Enjoy!

TIPS This is a great make-ahead meal and it freezes well! This recipe calls for cooked black beans, but pinto beans, green lentils or red kidney beans are all great alternatives. Dealcoholized wine can be used as a substitute in this dish.

Housework makes me ugly Sarah Weiss Columnist That’s what the little kitchen sign that was given to me as a gift stated. I didn’t think anything of it at the time I just chuckled and thought “yeah that’s funny, no one LOVES housework, do they?” and carried on with life. But look, I need to be honest with you, I’m really not the BEST housekeeper. I’m constantly apologizing to surprise guests and scrambling to pick up 700 barbies, 200 teddy bears and 45 hockey sticks as they try to tip-toe their way to the couch. I must admit, it makes me self-conscious! I know I should try a little harder, but the truth is, a tidy house is always pretty far down on my list of priorities. I find “To-Do” lists daunting, they overwhelm me quickly.

Instead I try to pick three things every day that I feel take precedence over the rest and try to give 100% to those three tasks. My days are usually consumed by some variation of chores, cooking, or spending precious time with my children. Sorry not sorry, but dusting rarely makes the top three . I choose to spend time with my friends and family in my down time, working with the dogs, hanging with the donkeys. Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying I live in a barn, I’m just saying that it’s not my top priority every day and that’s fine by me. So, when you stop by for a visit and you stub your toe on a dinosaur, trip over a dolly and sit on a book, just try not to judge me. I’m doing my best.

Colouring against COVID-19 The DC Art Gallery is circulating free meditation coloring sheet packages with the help of our local businesses that are offering free delivery with their orders. “The packages contain four meditation coloring sheets that have been designed by a local artist for free,” says art gallery executive director Marsha Stewart. The colouring sheets are intended for people of all ages and encourage people to have at home so they can take a break, take a breath and de-stress. They are being circulated all over Dawson and will be going up to Chetwynd and Tumbler Ridge. “Ovintiv and the United Way of Northern BC helped us with this initiative last year and we decided to launch it again because we recognize that it is very important that as a community we support each other to be healthy, both physically and mentally,” adds Stewart. “In a time when it’s easy to feel anxious and focus on the negative - we are hoping that these colouring sheets will provide a fun distraction.” editor@dcdn.ca

This issue is all about equine asthma By Dr. Samantha Deamel
Many horses suffer from respiratory disease. There are two forms of equine asthma; mild to moderate equine asthma and severe equine asthma. Mild to moderate equine asthma is previously known as inflammatory airway disease (IAD). It generally affects younger horses but can occur at any age. Clinical signs are occasional cough and poor performance for four or more weeks. These signs will often improve on their own but occasionally require treatment. Severe equine asthma is previously known as recurrent airway obstruction (RAO) or commonly known as heaves. Clinical signs are frequent coughing, exercise intolerance and increase respiratory effort. These signs will not resolve on their own and do require management changes +/- treatment depending on the severity of the disease. There is no cure for severe equine asthma but many things can be done to reduce the severity of the disease. Both of these are commonly triggered by environmental allergens. There are many other respiratory diseases that can present similar to equine asthma therefore it is important to have your horse examined by a veterinarian to determine the correct diagnosis. Your veterinarian will perform a full physical exam and potentially a re-breathing exam. This is performed to simulate your horse taking a deep breath to allow those subtle sounds to become more audible with the use of a stethoscope. Inflammation in the lungs will cause narrowing of
the airway creating a wheezing sound. Mucous can also accumulate in the lungs creating a turbulent sound or crackle. It is important to rule out other diseases such as a bacterial or viral pneumonia as they are treated very differently. Treating for the wrong disease can worsen the disease or put your horse at risk. Based on the physical exam and history, a working diagnosis can be made based on suspicion. The only definitive diagnostic test is a bronchioalveolar lavage (BAL). This test is performed to collect and examine the cells that are deeper in the airway. This is done by passing a tube into the horse’s trachea where it splits into the right and left lungs and administering saline into the trachea. This fluid is then collected and submitted to the lab for analysis. Physiological saline is used so any fluid that is left in the lungs can be absorbed through the tracheal walls. A BAL will not only definitively diagnose equine asthma but will also determine severity of the disease. Treatment is primarily changes in management to reduce exposure to allergens causing inflammation. Reducing dust in the environment is critical for your horse. There are multiple different ways to control the dust such as keeping your horse outside as much as possible, not storing hay above the horses, keeping horses out of the barn when sweeping, avoiding dusty arenas, stalls or feed. Feeding hay will
be dependent on severity of disease. For milder forms placing a hay net over a bale can be sufficient in reducing dust. More often hay will need to be rolled out or forked into the pen if round bales are the only method of feeding. For moderate to severe cases, feeding high quality square bales, watering down or steaming the hay or feeding hay in the form of cubes or pellets (dry or soaked) may be required. Adding omega 3’s to the diet also has added benefits to reducing airway inflammation. Medical management of equine asthma can be given in systemic or in aerosolized forms. Steroids are used to reduce inflammation and bronchodilators can be used to relax and open up the airways to allow the horse to breathe easier. Systemic medications are often via oral administration. Aerosolized medications can be administered in two different ways; inhalers can be used which already has the medication in an aerosolized form or a liquid medication can be used through a nebulizer which will aerosolize the medication prior to inhalation. Aerosolized administration has the added benefit of decreasing systemic adverse effects. Keeping your horse breathing easy will improve their quality of life so they can focus on eating, performing, and most importantly, pooping!

From Lana Popham - BC Minister of Agriculture Dear friends, Thank you for doing your best in the fight against COVID-19! As a member of the cabinet of British Columbia, I can say with great sincerity that your provincial government is working incredibly hard to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. We are in this together and we will get through it together. As the minister of agriculture, I want to comment on two of the many urgent issues that my ministry is prioritizing on behalf of B.C.’s farm, fish and food sector. The first is seasonal labour. Seasonal labourers are a crucial and appreciated part of our food supply system. Every year more than 10,000 seasonal farm workers travel from their homes to work on farms and food-processing locations all over the province. They come from different regions, provinces and countries. It is the federal government that determines who can enter Canada and under what conditions. The Ministry of Agriculture’s executive team is working with the federal government and other provinces on a daily basis regarding foreign labour. I want to acknowledge the work done by the federal government as reflected in the announcement they made on March 20, 2020: https://www. canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/news/2020/03/canada-provides-updateon-exemptions-to-travel-restrictions-to-protectcanadians-and-support-the-economy.html To safeguard health and food security, temporary foreign workers in the agriculture sector will be allowed under specific conditions to travel to Canada. I will be redoubling my efforts and working closely with key stakeholders and decisionmakers – including foreign governments and the provincial health officer of B.C. – to help farmers and processors safely employ the foreign farmworkers they need. This is an urgent matter and with the proper precautions in place, it will benefit all British Columbians, as we all need access to safe, fresh, local food. We are also actively looking at new ways to encourage employment opportunities for British Columbians in the agriculture sector.
I’m so proud of the agricultural sector that is working to adapt and keep on going. The harvest season comes early in many parts of B.C., so the work demands are already enormous. For farmers and others in the sector who need help, please see these messages I put out previously: A summary of the agri-related federal economic measures that we have so far, coming from the announcement that was made by the
government: https://www.facebook.com/lana. popham/posts/10158371874553804 Ministry outreach to agriculture, food and fish stakeholders around the province: https://www.facebook.com/lana.popham/ posts/10158366953268804 Thank you for helping us all get through this. Lana Popham Minister of Agriculture
SMOKY RIVER RED ANGUS 60 Two-Year-Old Red Angus Bulls on Offer
Second, farmers markets. Under additional conditions regarding COVID-19, farmers markets can continue to operate in B.C. at this time. The Ministry of Agriculture is working directly with the B.C. Association of Farmers’ Markets to assist with this season, and I’m pleased to share that the ministry will be providing financial support for it to develop an operating model better suited to times of a pandemic. Farmers in B.C. are a fundamental part of our food system, and farmers markets come in many shapes and sizes. Regrettably, at this time, the COVID-19 pandemic means they will not be about socializing and community. They will be focused on serving a very important purpose, though: helping people all over this province access fresh, locally grown or raised meat and other proteins, vegetables, fruit and many more foods and beverages. I want to thank everyone who works in the farm, fish and food sector – you are critical, and we appreciate you!

Only critically ill, essential visits allowed at Northern Health facilities Northern Health has made the decision to only allow essential visits to all facilities. “Essential visits will be considered for patients who are: critically ill, receiving end-of-life care, or frail and need an escort or family member for their safety,” Northern Health Notes in a release. Eligible essential visitors must pass important screening criteria. This means they cannot have a cough, runny nose, fever, sore throat or shortness of breath, and
they cannot have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days. “We understand the importance of visits from family and loved ones to our patients and long-term care residents and we appreciate your understanding and support in helping to keep everyone safe.” The British Columbia Centre for Disease Control is the recommended resource for provincial information that is accurate and current: http://www.bccdc.ca.

Carcass weights, import export update “Canadian steer carcass weights have been stable for the start of 2020, ranging between 903 lbs and 914 lbs,” says Wood. He adds that for the first week of March, steer carcasses averaged 914 lbs, a decline of 2 lbs from a year ago. Heifer carcass weights were down 3 lbs from a year ago, averaging 854 lbs in the first week of March. “During the first 10 weeks of 2020, steer carcass weights are averaging 909 lbs,” he says. That’s down 19 lbs from the same period a year ago.” “Seasonally, steer carcass weights are stable through the first quarter, then decline to a low in late May to early June before peaking in late October to early November.”
A look at the 5-year average shows that steer carcass weights ranged 86 lbs from a low of 852 lbs to a high of 938 lbs. “Carcass weights continue trend upward and have increased 79 lbs or 9.5% between 2005 and 2019, based on the annual average weight for a steer carcass.” Wood says that cattle slaughter is on par with year ago levels but up 12.4% compared to the 5-year average. Year to date, Canadian cattle slaughter is just under 567,000 head. “Year-over-year steer slaughter is up 7.2%, heifer slaughter is down 4.1%, cow slaughter is down 10.9% and bull slaughter is up 8.2%” “Canadian beef production, to the week ending March 7, 2020, is down 1% at 485 million pounds compared to 2019.” With the final numbers now available, Wood provides an update to the cattle imports and exports article from January 30, 2020. “Canadian non-purebred cattle imports from the U.S. in 2019 were 269,273 head, an increase of 38% compared to 2018. Total value of imported cattle from the U.S. was over
$251 million in 2019, up 37% from 2018.” He says that Alberta non-purebred cattle imports were 160,530 head in 2019, an increase of 58% compared to 2018 when just under 102,000 head were imported. “The value of Alberta cattle imports from the U.S. for 2019 was over $138 million, an increase of 62% compared to 2018.” In 2019, 60% of the cattle imported to Canada came into Alberta. Over the last 5 years, Alberta’s share of cattle imports has averaged over 43% of the Canadian total. “Canadian exports of live cattle to the U.S. was over 722,000 head in 2019, up 14.6% from 2018 but 11% below the 5-year average.” By category, Wood says that 2019 Canadian cattle exports were up 26% for slaughter cattle - including slaughter steer, heifer and cows - over 2018 but down 1.6% from the 5-year average. Canadian feeder cattle exports in 2019 were down 4.6% year-over-year and 24% lower than the 5-year average.

Pulse varieties reports now available “Varieties of pulse crops for Alberta provides information on pulse variety performance within Alberta and northeastern British Columbia,” says Alex Fedko, crop research technologist with Alberta Agriculture and Forestry. “Important agronomic characteristics and disease resistance information are provided for varieties of field pea, lentil, faba bean, dry bean and soybean.” In 2019, 16 seed companies submitted entries for testing at up to 20 locations across Alberta and northern British Columbia. The tables in this
publication report the yield data by geographical area. These tables are different from those appearing in the Spring 2020 edition of the Alberta Seed Guide, as only those varieties actually tested in 2019 were reported in that issue. Chicken Farmers of Canada unveils “brand” new logo Chicken Farmers of Canada is launching a new logo, one that revitalizes its corporate look and demonstrates, visibly, its ability to adapt and change. This new logo incorporates the distinctive chicken from the Raised
by a Canadian Farmer brand logo, as well as other key brand markers. The main goal for the new logo is to ensure that there is a visible and identifiable connection between the corporate identity and the brand. “Chicken Farmers of Canada has
a history of being able to adapt and change with the times,” said Benoît Fontaine, Chair of Chicken Farmers of Canada. “And change we have over the past 40+ years. When we started, our logo looked very different. And since then, we’ve been through five iterations of that logo.”
This new logo will enshrine the consistency with the brand, not to be identical, but in such a way as to help people understand what we do. And in turn, this will help support the brand and make it easier to promote. “Now, with our upcoming move to a new, modern office, we believe it’s time to change that logo to better reflect who we are,” said Fontaine. “In the spirit of evolution, I am pleased to launch the brand-new corporate logo for Chicken Farmers of Canada. It reinforces that our brand is a part of everything we do.” The Raised by a Canadian Farmer brand for Canadian chicken was launched four years ago. The Brand continues to grow in the hearts and minds of Canadian consumers, with 36 national and regional industry partners actively using the logo. And, recent studies show that 87% of Canadians believe that it is important that Canadian chicken be labelled as Canadian and that Canadian chicken is raised by farmers they can trust.

ON THE
OPEN ROAD R0011490554
These are some facts about motorcycle safety After plateauing in 2015-16, the number of registered motorcycles in Alberta has been declining every year since. Why? While some might point to the increasing cost to operate a bike, like the rising cost of insurance and registration, others point to the deteriorating safety situation on Alberta roads. But what has changed with regard to safety riding a motorcycle? ● More distracted drivers ● Roadways in worse condition ● More impaired drivers (especially with the legalization of marijuana) ● Lower speed limits
● Sound limit regulations/laws Lowering speed limits cause an increased safety risk for motorcyclists you ask? Yes, lower speed limits within municipalities actually make riding more difficult and dangerous for motorcyclists. Ask anyone who rides motorcycles what the biggest safety issue is and most riders will say “Cars just don’t see me”. While some municipalities and other organizations have responded by launching awareness marketing campaigns to watch out for motorcycles each spring, do those campaigns actually make a difference? Lets face it most people who ride will not be wearing a bright yellow safety vest, so what other solutions are there to make it safer on the roads for motorcycles?
Some proposed solutions that have been suggested include: ● More fun tracks/places to ride without limitation. ● Higher fines/demerits for motor vehicles that fail to “observe” motorcycles ● Acceptance of video evidence from motorcyclists in prosecuting drivers not paying attention. What do you think? What action can be taken to make motorcycling more safe and increase ridership in Alberta? David Carlson White Knights Law

Maple Leaf Foods: doing their part during COVID-19 As a leading North American producer of meat, poultry and plant proteins, Maple Leaf has already have strict safety policies and procedures in place. Our strong biosecurity programs that we follow for food safety also work as protection against this virus. We will continue to maintain these high standards. We are also leveraging our biosecurity and food safety knowledge as we develop and implement measures to enhance our business practices in non-operational environments. “We have had a visitor screening tool and self-quarantine measures in place since concerns about the spread of the virus started to escalate.,” said a spokesperson. Employees are working from home whenever possible and where that is not possible, they are taking additional precautions, including creating work spaces that maximize social distance when they can. “In our plants, we are increasing sanitation in cafeterias, break rooms, locker rooms and wash-
rooms. We are staggering break times to reduce the number of people in common areas. We are also repurposing some plant offices and bringing in trailers to create additional break room space, reduce density and increase social distancing between people.” “We have eliminated in-person meetings unless absolutely required and are leveraging technology to facilitate meetings and other interactions as much as possible. We are restricting visitors to our offices and sites and foregoing any in-person visits to our customers, suppliers, producers or other business partners. We are prohibiting business travel. If Team members or members of the household are travelling internationally personally, they are asked to report the travel to their supervisor or Human Resources so that our quarantine policies can be properly applied. We are asking these Team members to stay home and self-
