The O2 arena award ceremonies | conferences | AGMs The most recognisable venue within The O2 is The O2 arena. Host to some of the biggest live events, from bands and comedians to sporting events and corporate conferences, The O2 arena is a magnificent multiuse venue within its own right. Modern infrastructure, the latest in specialist integrated technological equipment, flawless sound and lighting, and comfortable cushioned seating means it offers a blank canvas for you to amplify your brand and engage with delegates. Our new draping system which masks the seating on level four provides endless opportunities for smaller conferences on a more intimate level. Within the auditorium and in the surrounding Level one concourse area there are also plenty of break-out spaces and additional rooms to enhance your event.

indigO2 award ceremonies | presentations | intimate music gigs With its lavish interior and adaptable design, indigO2 stages corporate events with ease. The open plan ground floor area with purpose-build performance stage is ideal for conferences, presentations and award ceremonies. Our amphitheatre style seating on the first floor creates a combined capacity of 1,625 for theatre style events, making indigO2 one of London’s largest corporate venues. indigO2 also has a luxurious VIP lounge, creating the perfect setting for drinks receptions, product launches and networking events. Each area is supported by our cutting edge sound and lighting infrastructure throughout, a top flight technical team and a backstage greenroom area with integrated relay screens. Since opening in July 2007, indigO2’s popularity continues to grow having played host to The British Comedy Awards, The Institute of Directors Annual Convention, The UBM Thames Gateway Forum, The UK Festival Awards and The Brit Nominations.

Building Six brand activation | corporate parties | outdoor entertaining Building Six is an art-inspired, lavish and glamorous space, reminiscent of Las Vegas or Ibiza, with plenty of design details and dramatic statement pieces. Building Six has its own separate entrance with direct and easy access to the Thames Clipper pier and the North Greenwich Jubilee Line Underground station, with its taxi and bus stands. The venue can be hired for private and corporate events, film and photo shoots, showcases and music events from Monday to Sunday. It is spread across an impressive 3,041m² area – there are two rooms with separate sound systems, two mezzanines overlooking the main dance floor and 84m² stage, a lavish VIP Lounge with independent access by lift, a dedicated outdoor smoking garden – and features one of the most advanced sound systems in the world. The space is extremely flexible and can accommodate a number of set-ups and styles of event. Hire includes use of the fantastic in-house facilities and an event management and a technical team.
