Dear MAGIC Comenius friends, My name is Mark Ignotus, expert in curious, special value items and...
... I have devoted a large part of my life to the identification and assessment of such items in almost every part of the world.
These years of continuous quests and research have given me reputation and wealth but they also made me reach in two very important conclusions. I think you will agree that 'precious' objects are not fundamentally those having a significant monetary value, but rather those creating a historical link with their environment, characterize and being characterized by their place of origin and remaining 'open books' of the cultural quality a region could show. Even more important are the people whom you meet. Acquaintances, relationships and partnerships become a mirror, reflecting the quality of our everyday life and characterize our entire life. A need for an educated, highly motivated and efficient partner is always significant. With those two as prerequisites and knowing that you are new in our curious profession, friends of history and clearly better pilots of today's technology, I would like to present you an interesting challenge. In Greece, the city of Thessaloniki is a place full of historical and cultural interest, a city that has not been evaluated yet far enough to offer to the world's cultural heritage. Our cooperation proposal passing therethrough and includes a small test that will take place in the city's historical center on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 11:00 AM. If you accept my invitation and visit the city, you need through trial to investigate sites that my colleagues, after specific instructions, will indicate you. Locate landmarks, meet their story and solve the puzzles that I have chosen for you. Solve them quickly and efficiently. Complete your research and present the final conclusion to my colleagues. The winners will be the next official experts in my company, acquiring the level of recognition and remuneration they deserve. Thank you in advance and good luck Mark Ignotus
