FEEDING THE SPIRITUALLY STARVING PEOPLE WITH GOD’S WORD FROM THE BIBLE
.................. This is a response to the questions posted on: www.godisimaginary.com
May it be understood by my readers that I am answering questions including those of imaginary people, to give them the benefit of the doubt, on the presumption that other people who are mislead but have brain enough to understand, might be having the same questions. Of course, I will be using the Bible as the main authority for my answers, because I believe in the God who said these words. The questions go like these: “Why are there so many starving people in our world?” “Why would a loving God be worried about someone getting a raise; while at the same time, ignoring the prayers of the ‘desperate’ and the ‘innocent’ children?” 04

The question is being asked to intelligent and educated Christians. I do not claim that I am an intelligent, nor an educated Christian having any college degree, but I am a Christian, and I am proud to be one! As much as they are expecting answers from intelligent Christians, we must presume that these people are also intelligent. And if they are intelligent, using only 5-15 percent of their brainpower, they should have discovered the fact and the true reason why there are so many starving people on our world today. Is it not foolishness to blame an imaginary God, whom they think does not exist, for the starvation of countless people in the world? If they are intelligent, which I perceive as otherwise, and considering that they believe in science and statistics, and not in God, it will be intelligent, fair, and just to look for scientific reasons and realities, rather than blame God who to them does not exist. Foolish, is it not? But I do not wonder because there really are foolish people; and these are those that do not believe in the existence of God.

Statistics tells us that there are now about eight hundred million starving and malnourished people on earth. World Hunger and Poverty: How They Fit Together • 854 million people across the world are hungry, up from 852 million a year ago. • Every day, almost 16,000 children die from hunger-related causes– one child every five seconds. Obesity has reached epidemic proportions globally, with more than 1 billion adults overweight - at least 300 million of them clinically obese - and is a major contributor to the global burden of chronic disease and disability. Often coexisting in developing countries with undernutrition, obesity is a complex condition, with serious social and psychological dimensions, affecting virtually all ages and socioeconomic groups.

are so many children that starve to death. Instead of blaming God, which to them is imaginary, they should have posted an appeal in the internet to people who, like them, do not believe in God because God said that believers should feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, clothe the naked, and be compassionate to the plight of the poor.

Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels...” Even the enemies of a believer should be taken care of. In Matthew 5: 44, it is written “But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you...” And in Romans 12:20 “Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink...” Had they believed God, not one person on

The answer is: Because of those people who do not believe in God — like YOU! Greed for money, wealth, power, and everything earthly is the cause of all evil in this world. It is not God’s fault. “For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.” (1 Timothy 6:10-11) It is unfair and impertinent to blame God who, for you, does not exist. Why not rather look for reasons behind realities? It only takes one

man, it will not entail two to feed and house all these unfortunate people. The richest man on earth, or even the second richest man, if he acts in compliance with God’s commandment can alleviate the sufferings of all poor people on earth! According to recent statistic, the earth can sustain the needs of 10 billion people at a time; and that idea comes from an intelligent and real God. It is widely agreed that enough food is produced worldwide to feed a global population of 8-10 billion people. “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the
earth.” Genesis 1:27) In conclusion, I appeal to my readers for prayers so that these people may be enlightened, and be more intelligent and smart. I say “more,” that is, if they are. Further, I wish that they act and think scientifically and with prudence; not to blame somebody who, for them, does not exist and is merely imaginary. Then, find ways to feed and clothe one of those starving children on earth. Praise be to God. AMEN.

To know the function and the capacity of a particular machine is to learn from the very person who constructed the machine. The best education about every reality in life is to learn it directly from the Creator. John 1:1-3 has this to say: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”(KJV)
Note: The ‘Word’ in Greek manuscripts is the ‘LOGOS’ When I say realities in life, I do not only mean physical things but, spiritual, as well. Physics, as a branch of human science does not believe in spirits; but it is in fact a reality of life. James 2:26 says that the physical lives and exists because of the spirit. “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” In fact, we can learn from the ‘Word’ or the ‘Logos’ not only things we can see; also things unseen. Colossians 1:15-18 proves this: “Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.” And to have the best education about all these things is to learn it first

hand from the person who caused the existence of all these things: the ‘Logos’. Job, a holy man, who asked questions about what is happening to him (which he thinks are unusual) was admonished by God to think soberly. God asked him if he knows how everything came into existence. The following questions were asked him by God: Where was thou when I laid the foundations of the Earth?(Job 38:4) Of course, Job cannot answer; but there is someone who was a star witness in the creation of everything: that is the Logos or, in other scriptures, called the Wisdom of God. The Wisdom of God is Christ. He is also the Logos. 1 Corinthians 1:24 says: “But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.”

“But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.” In James 2:1 The Lord of Glory is Jesus Christ. “My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.” Undoubtedly, our Lord Jesus Christ, the Logos, and the Wisdom of God, knows best about everything that exists. In Revelations 3:14, He is a witness unto all creations. “And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God...” Then wisdom, has this to say in Proverbs 8:22-31: “The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was. When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water. Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth: While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world. When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:
When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep: When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth: Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him; Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with the sons of men.” Want the best education? In the best university? The Lord Jesus, in Matthew 11:28-30 has this to say: “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” It is marvelous to know the exact wisdom behind everything even before they are discovered by human science. A very good example is what God told Job: “Out of whose womb came the ice? and the hoary frost of heaven, who hath engendered it?” (Job 38:29) The invention of freezers and refrigerators proves this. The wisdom behind refrigeration is surely found in the Bible! About 3000 years ago, God asked Job this question: “Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea? or hast thou walked in the search of the depth?”
Who knows the springs of the sea until recently when they were discovered in 2006? An exploration through a submarine photographed an erupting volcano under the surface of the sea. There really are springs found by an exploration of the sea bed. Through a special arrangement with the publisher, William Morrow, Oregon Sea Grant is pleased to make available a popular book about contemporary ocean research at a great discount. Totally unknown before 1977, seafloor hot springs occur in numerous places along the globe-encircling chain of underwater mountains known as the mid-ocean ridge. The exploration of these springs in manned submersibles has resulted in an extraordinary range of discoveries about our planet and the life on it. “Fire Under the Sea” focuses on these discoveries, which concern the complex relationships between the inner heat of the earth and the ocean that swirls about it, the search for the mechanism of gold formation, the adaptations of life under extreme conditions, and ultimately the origin of life itself. With only about 5 percent of the sea floor explored in detail, a picture is emerging of a vast system of natural undersea dynamos, fueled by hot springs, that produce not only valuable mineral deposits, but habitats for unique, heat-loving organisms that can provide materials for products ranging from detergents to pharmaceuticals. Another information known in the Bible before it was discovered by man is written in Job 26:7. “He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.” e s o r i a n o . w o r d p r e s s . c o m

Who knows, about 3000 years ago, that the earth is hanging on an empty space? The Bible has it! Anyone who wants to challenge this? Oh, you silly fools! The errors, guesses, and miscalculations of famous and respected scientists in the past like Thales, Pythagoras, Ptolemy, Anaximander were because of their ignorance of the Bible. They may be regarded as educated and learned men, but their lifetime of search and research was proven to be either inaccurate or wrong because of the simple reason that they did not ask the ‘Logos’ in the Bible. Another marvelous knowledge known to the Bible but was only known to science very recently is found in Job 38:31,33,38. “Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion? ... Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth? ... When the dust groweth into hardness, and the clods cleave fast together?”
why it has small, rocky planets close to the sun and big, gaseous ones farther away. Astronomers believe our solar system formed about 4.6 billion years ago from a giant, rotating cloud of gas and dust called the solar nebula. Gravity pulled together a portion of gas and dust at the center of the nebula that was denser than the rest. The material accumulated into a dense, spinning clump that formed our sun. Realities under the surface of the sea, on land, and beyond the horizon in heaven, things seen and unseen, can be learned from the best university which teaches wisdom with authority far far advanced than the best university, established by men, can teach: The Bible! The best teacher is the Creator! And the best student is someone who believes. Enroll now! I will be leaving a question to each and everyone who may read this article: IS THERE ANYBODY YOU KNOW WHO CAN TELL EXACTLY THE WISDOM BEHIND EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS, BEFORE THEY ARE UNDERSTOOD BY MAN?
The formation of heavenly bodies is very clearly elaborated in the preceding verses. Dust groweth into hardness, and the clods cleave fast together. Everything is formed from dust. Ecclesiastes 3:20 says: “All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.” Ask scientists and they will tell you that heavenly bodies are formed by the clinging together through gravitational pull of dust in space. Astronomers have developed a theory about how our solar system formed which explains 14

As early as 510 B.C., emperor Darius of Persia invaded India where he found “the reed which gives honey without bees.” The Arabs, who invaded Persia in 642 A.D., have learned how sugar was made and have expanded sugar productions in other lands. Sugar, practically, had affected the political and economic landscape of the entire globe. HISTORY FOLLOWS. After more than two thousand five hundred years; and more than six hundred generations of people, India has the highest rate of diabetes estimated to be 41 million people as of 2007; followed by China with 39.8 million and USA with 19.2 million. This is the truth!

The Bible tells us the ‘absolute truth’ even before 510 B.C. when the Indians have started using cane sugar as a sweetener. The book of Proverbs, which was written in 716 B.C., 24:13 and 25:16 says that honey in the proper amount is good. It is the truth that not even the wealth, fame, and political power that the sugar industry has earned, can not refute! In recent findings in science, honey was found to be helpful in the following:
01./Honey contains vitamins B1, B2, C, B6, B5 and B3 — all of which change according to the qualities of the nectar and the pollen. It also has small amounts of copper, zinc, and iodine. “Milk and honey are both complete healthy food. The latter for adults; and the former for babes.” Would anybody dare to refute this truth? To the enemies of the Bible, SPEAK THAT YOU MAY BE HEARD AND BE JUSTIFIED; OR BE FOUND TO BE FOOLS AND IGNORAMUSES. The Bible has an ancient health giving sweetener. Honey is part of God’s blessings to his chosen people — the Israelites. Before they were liberated out of Egypt, God promised to bring them to a land flowing with milk and honey. Literally, this is the land of Canaan, where before they were born is that land where the Patriarch Abraham and Lot have lived. This is the land where they have grown prosperously with their flock that necessitates [necessitated] Abraham and Lot to part ways because of the increasing number of their herds (Genesis 13:7-9). “And there was a strife between the herdsmen of Abram’s cattle and the herdsmen of Lot’s cattle: and the Canaanite and the Perizzite dwelled then in the land. And Abram said unto Lot, Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee, and between my herdsmen and thy herdsmen; for we be brethren. Is not the whole land before thee? separate thyself, I pray thee, from me: if thou wilt take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if thou depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left. 18

And Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered every where, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, as thou comest unto Zoar. Then Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they separated themselves the one from the other. Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom.” This land was the land promised by God to the Israelites where He intended to guide and bless His people. It is a land said to be flowing with milk and honey. A curios mind may notice, why not a land of gold? Or a land flowing with oil, like the Arabian Desert? Milk and honey are both complete healthy food. The latter for adults; and the former for babes. While it is not good for a babe to take honey, equally and scientifically, it is not good for an adult to subsist on milk. Honey is recommended by the word of God for adults. Proverbs 25:16 “Hast thou found honey? eat so much as is sufficient for thee, lest thou be filled
therewith, and vomit it.”
How sweet it is!
It must be understood that only an adult can find honey. Scientifically, honey is not good for babes; but it is good for anybody who has the ‘ability’ to find it.
“How sweet are Your Words to my taste! More than honey to my mouth!” Proverbs 119:103
Proverbs 24:13 “My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste:” Time and again, the authenticity of the Bible is being backed up by history and science. Undeniable evidences that man discovers one by one proves the accuracy of the Holy Scriptures even before man has started to use sophisticated equipments and technologies. Indeed, the Bible, which contains the irrefutable words of God, is a unique and divinely inspired book.
