By its situation in the middle of a territory of flow, by its programming , by its layout, the warehouse is the interfaces between the beltway, the railway and the city.
Superimposed inner streets traverse the building from East to West. Patios, distributed in staggered rows brings natural light along the interior street in order to inhabit the building.

From an analysis of the warehouse potential we aimed three goals : - insert the project into an optimized supply chain and into a metropolitan network - change the service and the lighting of the building - equip and inhabit the structure

A wide variety of workspaces and the friction between different programs create an inward ambience eminently urban within the building. All of these architectural and urbanism gestures create a system, a “city ” in the warehouse.

Through this project we combined all the elements that make a city into a single building. We created an urban autonomous system by interfering as little as possible on the current structure. This gesture will allow the building to evolve later and to adapt itself to tomorrow’s city. Our project is based on the actual obsolescence of the building , our purpose is to update the building to a new way of living. But with a minimal gesture, we also offer the largest radius of opportunity for the building to evolve following the city. These two pages represent to evolution we are aiming for Ney warehouse.
PAVILION MUSEUM This project takes place in the centre of Seoul, in Insa-dong , one of the most touristic street of the Korean capital. On this important spot, I designed a cultural center focused on architecture. I based my design on the temporality, the history of the surrounding and the potential of the building. The best way to represent architecture is to experiment through pavilions. In relation with the pavilions, I designed a research center about tomorrow’s architecture, a lecture space and some housing for the researcher. This research center will have to produce a pavilion for the museum. It means that the cultural center also shows how the creation of a pavilion works. 2017 Project made during an exchange at INHA University in South Korea
_ Housing _ 5 duplex units _ 700 sqm
_ Museum _ 2 loops _ 3000 sqm indoor _ 2500 sqm outdoor
The cultural center can host 8 differents kinds of pavilions with their own caracteristics and point of view. The slope design of this buildings had two purposes. The first one was obviously to open the ground level to the public, I didn’t want the building to be an obstacle to the observation of the pavilions. In second hands this shape offers the possibility to turn around the pavilions, this is a new way to exhibit pavilions. I also worked on the slope’s furnitures in order to create new kinds of space for the museum and the library.

YOUNG-SAN PLATFORM The aim of this project was to think about the definition of a platform with an urban transformation of one of the oldest mansion in Seoul. Sambang Mansion the most important building of the plot becomes a platform. This building is made as an empty shell that can host all kind of events. Everyone can rent a part of the building for his own purpose at the only requirement that they share their knowledge. This logic attracts and stimulates the actors of the platform and their work will attract all kind of people. In the aim of transitional living space, I used the shape of the plot. The idea of progression from housing to office through the platform help people to evolve in their life. 2016 Project made during an exchange at INHA University in South Korea

• I first worked on the roads to respect the view and the morphology of the site. • Then I made some zoning according to the surrounding. • Next, I wanted to attract the most people as possible with a large diversity of public space open to the district. Boundaries of the building were decided following the shape of these space. • To have an efficient platform I needed to connect all the buildings and public spaces so I worked with subway, gangways, bridges, stairs, ramps and gates to create a certain hierarchy between spaces.
IVRY SCHOOL GROUP : PARENTS PL AYGROUND
After an urban planning in Ivry sur Seine, I had to design an elementary and a primary school as well as a gymnasium for a new district. A school is not only a learning space for childrens, it’s also a meeting space for the district’s families. That’s why we particularly focused on the public space around the school in order to create a « parents playground » to improve the quality of the district’s community. We also worked the sections to offer differents views between the three playgrounds to allow interactions between them. We also targeted the corridors of the school. The wall between the classroom and the corridor integrate all of the furniture that a corridor needs making it empty for the children’s uses. This wall ensures a natural thermal comfort for the classes making the building eco-friendly. 2016 Team project with R. Videcoq

HOUSING LINK
Following the urban design I had to choose a site for a project of my choice. Section 4 attracted my regard. The aim of this section is to build some transitional housing between Paris and his suburb in this part of the beltway that is below the ground level. This project of 50 housings interleaves different typologies: individual housing , estates and artists housing that marry the shape of the ex-beltway. This subtle partnership between theses typologies creates an interesting section that develops a soft transition towards the suburb and generate a generous interior void for the inhabitants.

This seat is not a seat, it’s a module, a unit that can answer different purposes, a chair for example. Through its simple design, this flexible and modular hassock allows people to express their creativity and their own vision of life by adapting it to their very own needs. This polyester unit when deflated takes very little space. Therefore the user can stack and carry them easily. Having lots of modules means a lots of assembly. 28 metal eyelets allow units to be tied up together or to be folded with a rope. Thus, thanks to its transportable and adjustable characteristics this unit is an answer that suits to numerous assizes. Overall, this flexible unit through affordance and appropriation can answer plenty of uses other than sitting. 2018 Non selected Team project with P. Gilbert de Vaultibault

The goal of this competition organised by AC-AC was to build a temporary cinema in Dakar. The aim of this project is to provide a cinematographic culture to everyone. The concept of this movie theatre is that the movie can be seen by everyone. The projection on the screen can be seen on both sides of it. Thus people pay to have access to comfort and not to the movie, they can choose. The size of the movie theatre is the half of a soccer field. Then it can be placed on many sites and can attract the youth. Furthermore, we choose light and cheap material as aluminium and fabric which can be easily movable.

120H CONTEST 2016 : C R E AT E A S PAC E W I T H O U T FUNCTIONS
Architecture is the reflection of contemporary uses and mores, and nowadays society is above all characterised by the quest for profitability. Currently, to create a qualitative space would result in a loss of profitability for the project. By refusing the prominent place of business in architecture, one can tend to consider a human being not only to be a homo oeconomicus but mostly for a subjective person. The concept of site results from an economic division of the land, registered in the cadastre. This very conception of the land as an economic good comes from the sedentarization of people. Therefore, nomadism can be considered as a natural alternative to this business model. The context may have less significance for an architectural project than the human being who will live in. Thus, the project of concrete blocks as foundation offers every individual a place where each determinates his own quality of space.

Buyi’s home is not only their houses but also their lands. Their heritage is what surrounds them, what they live in. We want this building to highlight Buyi’s landscape for the young generation to be aware of their heritage. We connect the students with the landscape and heritage by creating a void outdoor space for students with a ‘stone roof’ that frames the landscape at the same time. Imitating the traditional Buyi roof, these two leaning walls are covered with thin stones that Buyi people use for roofs. The void space is created and shared by the canteen (8x8 m) and the library (4x8 m) buildings.

Through my journey, I took the custom to always bring my Rolleiflex and my Tri-X film with me. Working with films makes me consider my environment with an unusual and a new sight. Thanks to this work I am now able of a better understanding of my surrounding and to add my personal feelings in my pictures. Here is a sample of my photographic work during my trips all around the world.
