Frontline Training: Live Class Series

IPMI's Frontline Live Class Series has expanded to Tuesdays and Fridays. IPMI Training Specialists will present two online, one-hour sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays. Tuesday classes begin at 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. and on Fridays at 1:00 and 3:00p.m. (EDT). Each class is limited to 25 participants. Courses are designed for all personnel within your organization. We have two available formats: 1. Sign up for a regularly scheduled Frontline Training session. Every Tuesday and Friday (beginning June 5th), IPMI will offer two one-hour training sessions. Class size will be limited, but we’ll work with you if the class you want fills up. 2. Schedule an agency-specific training. You choose the days, dates and times that work best for your team. Plan ahead and invite your team at your convenience for a minimum of 10 participants. Contact us to find out more or to schedule. Accredited Parking Organization (APO)

The Accredited Parking Organization (APO) program establishes a benchmark of the quality by which a parking management organization conducts its business and maintains its facilities and services. Site review is a required component for applicant organizations, and must be completed by an IPMIapproved site reviewer who has successfully completed this training. APO Site Reviewers are trained by IPMI to evaluate organizations pursuing accreditation under the program. This course covers quality management and continuity of applying best practices to each site, determining evidence to satisfy the standard, and the role and ethical expectations of an APO Site Reviewer. This is a four-day course. You must attend all four sessions and pass the end of course assessment to become an APO Site Reviewer. All reviewers are listed on IPMI's website. Parksmart Advisor Training

Parksmart Advisors lead clients through the certification process for sustainable parking structures. The Parksmart program is now offered by the USGBC/GBCI alongside the suite of LEED and other sustainability rating systems. IPMI is the USGBC Education Partner providing the education required to earn this valuable certificate. This is a four-day course. You must attend all four sessions and pass the end of course assessment to become a Parksmart Advisor. All Parksmart Advisors are listed on USGBC’s website. Learning Objectives Explain the role of Parksmart Advisors to assist clients in the Parksmart evaluation and certification process. Evaluate case examples against the Standard and determine acceptability or changes. Illustrate acceptable versus non-acceptable evidence for certification application. Review the Parksmart scorecard.
