ORDERING:
Initial orders are subject to the approval of both Beekman 1802 and the Regional Sales Representative, and must be paid by credit card. Storefront location is required. We will not ship to a home address. Minimum initial orders and reorders apply.
ONLINE SALES & 3P WEBSITES:
You may sell only through approved retail locations. Beekman 1802 products may not be sold on ANY third party website including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay & Walmart Marketplace. This is a no tolerance policy, and failure to comply will result in the permanent closure of your account.
TERMS:
We accept all major credit cards, or checks made out to Beekman 1802, Inc. Net/30 terms may be available upon request with a credit check.
TESTERS & SIGNAGE:
You may order 1 free tester per item ordered if the total order cost is greater than $500. Otherwise, testers will be charged at 50% off of wholesale cost. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Beekman 1802.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Delivery is FOB Orlando. Our preferred carrier is FedEx Ground. Note that the customer is always responsible for freight on fixture deliveries.
RETURNS:
Returns and damages are subject to the following conditions: Claims must be made within 5 business days after receipt of goods. A return authorization number must be obtained from a Neighbor Services Representative by calling 407-351-5656. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, including orders cancelled after shipping.
