• Standard method of shipping is FedEx Ground Delivery and UPS

K. Hall Studio, LLC utilizes a Regional Freight Program to negotiate better shipping costs and pass the savings along to you. The following Terms & Conditions apply:
• Freight does not include additional charges (lift gate, inside delivery, residential delivery). Please advise K. Hall Studio of any special delivery instructions at the time of order.
• Orders shipping by pallet will be assessed a $5.00 per pallet fee, in addition to the freight cap.
• Customers who are not in the continental United States, please contact K. Hall Studio for freight quotes.
* FedEx/UPS ground shipment will only be used if the shipment is small enough and K. Hall Studio feels the item can be safely shipped by small parcel delivery. Otherwise boxes will be combined onto a pallet for safer shipping. Freight costs subject to change without prior notice.
