Global temperatures in 2011 are currently the tenth highest on record since 1850 when records were first kept, a report by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) revealed on Tuesday . Speaking to reporters at the climate change conference, COP17, WMO deputy secretary general Jerry Lengoasa said the statistics were an indication that climate change “is real and is upon us”. We have delegates from Plett attending the conference and the Irish Times ran an interesting article mentioning our Honey Bush Tea Farmers’ concerns about how climate change is affecting their crop . Just another warning that we all need to work with nature and each other. The time for conquering our enemies and the world and subdueing nature is gone and has caused a whole lot of damage everywhere. Let us all embrace an attitude of humility and caring and have another fabulous fun-filled week in our beautiful Bay.

Est 1989 After 23 years of faithful service to the Plettenberg Bay and surrounding community Cedric and Suzette have sold their business to a dynamic Mom and daughter team, Rachelle and Megan. Cedric and Suzette are going to spend more time relaxing a little, visiting with their grandchildren and doing more work with the community church. When the Robertsons decided to semi-retire, they wanted to hand over their business to Christians who would continue their ethos of Good Old Fashioned Service. They have known Rachelle and Megan for many years and they all feel like family so when the girls wanted to buy Rug ‘n Tile, it was a happy and smooth transition. The other important good news is that the rest of the well known and appreciated team at Rug ‘n Tile, Johann, Joseph, Reggie and Salie are all still there, providing the efficient service they are known for. The Rug ‘n Tile showroom has been re-vamped and is looking fabulous, showing off their wide range of Carpets, Tiles, Blinds and Awnings. They also have a great selection of beautiful loose mats and rugs, including the very effective Dirt-trappers. Rachelle has a passion for Mirrors and will stock a range of beautiful and unusual mirrors. The prices are all competitive and the service you will get is still Old fashioned good service with an added Modern touch. We wish the Rug ‘n Tile team and their customers many happy years in business.

The New Rug ‘n Tile Team Megan, Johann, Salie, Reggie, Joseph and Rachelle

We are stockists of: - Wall to Wall Carpeting - Tiles - Laminated & Vinyl Flooring - Awnings - Blinds - Underfloor Heating - Loose Rugs and Runners - Novelty Mirrors - Bathroom Accessories

KILLER ELITE Based on a shocking true story, the latest Statham vehicle pits two of the world's most elite operatives, an ex-special ops agent and his longtime mentor, against the cunning leader of a secret military society. Covering the globe from Australia to Paris, London and the Middle East, they are plunged into a highly dangerous game of cat and mouse, where the predators become the prey. The plot is a bit convoluted but involves a retired special forces soldier who has to kill three other similary-trained soldiers in order to secure the release of his mentor. However there is a secret organisation to protect against just such attacks, and so we have a range of elite killers all trying to kill each other. Jason Bourne would enjoy. CAST: Jason Statham, Clive Owen, Robert de Niro, Dominic Purcell, Aden Young, Yvonne Strahovski

ABDUCTION Jacob escapes from The Twilight Saga and headlines this action thriller which has him competing in style with Tom Cruise and Jason Bourne. A young man discovers that his parents are not the people who raised him, but in fact CIA agents. He unfortunately has a list of bad CIA agents which two different groups of people (the goodies and the baddies) want, and both groups come after him. Luckily mom appears to lend a hand to keep him and his pretty girl-nextdoor girlfriend out of trouble as the action and thrills kick in. CAST: Taylor Lautner, Lily Collins, Alfred Molina, Sigourney Weaver, Maria Bello, Muchael Nyqvist

NSRI Safety tips for BOATERS AND PADDLERS:

Launching your craft in fine weather could see you fighting through a major storm only

hours later and we therefore urge anyone making use of the sea and on inland waters to check out weather forecasts before launching and to take all the necessary safety precautions into account in order to be prepared for the worse if weather condi-

tions change suddenly or if you land up, unexpectedly, in a dire emergency situation. Also prepare yourself and your crew for an emergency. Don't try to handle an emergency situation for the first time in a real emergency! Anyone launching any kind of craft to go to sea or on inland waters should keep safety top of mind always: -Always let a responsible person know your time of departure, the route you plan to travel and your estimated return time and stick to your route and plans. Make sure the responsible person has an action plan well versed to contact the NSRI if you do not return as scheduled. -Check that your craft and equipment are in good working order and carry the correct safety approvals and certifications. Make sure your craft has your name and a land based contact number and your details stenciled on the craft -Have your nearest NSRI emergency phone number stored in your phone (You can obtain your nearest NSRI emergency phone number from NSRI's Head Office during office hours at 021 – 4344011 or www.nsri.org.za). Other vital national emergency numbers are 10177 (from any phone) and 112 (from a cellphone). -Plan for an emergency before launching onto water so that if you land up in a life threatening situation the steps you take to ensure your survival are well rehearsed. -Life-Jackets are the safety belts when you are on water and should be worn at all times. -Have your communications devices, a cellphone or VHF radio, with fully charged batteries stored in watertight plastic sleeves. -Carry red distress flares, a signaling mirror or CD disc, a referees whistle, a waterproof torch and wear the correct brightly colored gear and a hat and sunscreen and keep yourselves well hydrated. Safety and ensuring your survival when the odds, or the weather, unexpectedly turn against you begins before you leave home. We have gone so far as to recommending to boaters and paddlers to practice safety and emergency techniques by jumping into a swimming pool with all your gear to practice using your safety safety equipment (practice in a safe environment) as it is no good trying to familiarize yourself with your safety equipment for the first time in a real emergency. SA ID NUMBER – Explained ·

Digits 1 to 6 - represent the date of birth. Digits 7 to 10 - a sequence number registered with the same birth date (where females are assigned sequential numbers in the range 0000 to 4999 and males from 5000 to 9999). Digit 11 denotes citizenship. 0 indicates a SA citizen. 1 indicates a permanent non-SA citizen. Digit 12 is currently 8 or 9. Up to 1987 this was a race indicator. After 1987 all existing numbers were reissued with new digits in the last two fields. Digit 13 is a checksum digit. Using ID Number 8001015009087 as an example, it would read as follows: The ID indicates a male citizen born on 1 January 1980. He was the 10th person to be registered that day. (The first male registered on that day was assigned number 5000.) During Spring Tide, which happens twice a month every month of the year at full moon and again at new moon along every coast in the world, rip currents are at their strongest for a few days leading up to Spring Tide, peaking on the day of Spring Tide (full or new moon), and lasting for a few days after the Spring Tide. Spring Tides cause a higher than normal high tide and a lower than normal low tide and hence much stronger rip-currents than at other times of the month. Spring Tides are caused by the Magnetic pull of the Moons effect on earth. Spring Tide rip-currents can be so strong that they are known to sometimes sweep people off their feet in ankle deep water and sweep people rapidly out to sea. Extreme caution should be exercised during the Spring Tides. Bathers at beaches should try to swim only when and where lifeguards are on duty and swim within the safe demarcated swimming zones are posted by lifeguards at the beach using their red and yellow flags. Lifeguards at beaches change the safe demarcated swimming zones regularly throughout the day (depending where they detect the strongest rip currents to be) and ask bathers to move to bathe in the new placed channel. The public should obey the lifeguards instructions.

Launch of 16 days of Activism for No Violence against Women and Children Violence and crime against women and children has spiralled out of control in South Africa. However, the Bitou ANC Women’s League launched the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence against Women and Children at the Bossiesgif Hall on Friday, the 25th of November 2011. The purpose of the launch was to bring hope to the victims of domestic violence and crime and to also outline this year’s programme activities. The launch was embraced by the presence of the Ward 3 Councilor, the Senior Leadership of the Women’s League, the Young Women’s League and the Women’s League members. The Ward 3 Councilor, Monica Seyisi welcomed the present guests by saying the launch reminded her of the 1956 Protest March, which was based on the fight against the introduction of the Pass Laws. However, the 16 Days of Activism is

on women and children. She was also impressed to notice the commitment of the Women’s League towards issues affecting women in Bitou. Doris Xego, the member of the Regional Leadership of Women’s league in Southern Cape said within these 16 days of Activism, the programme will focus on no violence against women, children, people living with disabilities, old age people and the HIV/AIDS victims. She said if women are deprived of their basic rights such as service delivery, it won’t be easy for such women to recognize and stop abuse behaviour in their homes. Hence, the ANC Women’s League is planning a demonstration march to the Executive Mayor’s Office on the 3rd of December 2011. She also apologized on behalf of FAMSA and Plett SAPS for not coming to the launch. Well done to Mrs. Kota, Mrs. Skosana, the Veteran, Mrs. Besana, the Chairperson and Mrs. Mkoteli for their outstanding remarks and roles at the launch. We pray and wish that hope will be brought to the victims of domestic violence and crime from the 25th of November 2011 until th the 10 of December 2011. Do not drink alcohol and then go for a swim, drive a boat, paddle a paddle craft, surf, go angling off rocks close to shore, sail a sail craft or jump off rocks or from high places into any water. NSRI Safety tips for BATHERS: Children should have responsible adult supervision around any water at all times especially at swimming pools. Statistics released by the Medical Research Council show the greatest number of drowning accidents occur amongst children aged between 5 and 14 in swimming pools, rivers, lakes and dams. Always have someone responsible watching over your children while they are swimming. Swimming Pools should be surrounded by a cloak of safety. Nets over a swimming pool and fences and gates should be well maintained and securely placed at all times. Children should not be left alone around swimming pools. Plett Ocean Festival

The Plett Ocean Festival that took place on the 12th of November 2011 in memory of Tim van Heerden was a huge success, the body boarding had 24 entrants, 70 entries for the surf competition held at Lookout and we had some very enthusiastic teams and families that took place in the memorial race/walk on Central Beach in the morning. Bos Tea kept the judges and Plett Ocean Festival staff in refreshing ice tea and fun was had by all. On the evening of the 12th the Surfer’s Ball took place in an absolutely beautiful tent – the décor team, headed by Liesje Hirschberg and Nadine Warring and the assistance that they received from very gracious helpers, the tent really looked stunning. An important aspect of this inaugral Plett Ocean Festival was the overwhelming assistance from businesses and locals. A huge thank you has to firstly go to Claire Trebilcock for allowing us to adopt her surfer’s ball and hold it in memory of our dearest friend Tim this year. Our sponsors who came on board: Lo Spontino, Crush, Bos Tea, Show Me Plett, MC90.3FM, CX Press, Plettenberg Bay Tourism, Nature Sport Company, What’s New in Plett, John Wischut Signs, Barries Farreira from Mazars, Ice Palazzo – totally delicious ice-cream and Maverick Stretch tents who sponsored our stunning t-shirts – an enormous thank you. Thank you to Plett

Security for doing our security for the Plett Ocean Festival. A special thank you to Moby’s Restaurant for our delicious dinner and for doing the bar for us and to Events and Tents for a beautiful tent and a good discount. Letter via the Editor Smoking vs Plett Rage Smoking—let’s tackle that horrid habit first I am 70 yrs old have smoked since I was 17. It was the in thing and if you didn’t your peer group ostrasized you … sounds familiar but today at 13 u must have a Blackberry so you can be accepted. Peer pressure 21st Century style. Back to smoking: …I have a Health Fanatic daughter 43 anyway thereabouts who has just recently become a grandmother a PAIN of the 1st Degree. Stayed with me for 3 days and nights too long I was delegated to my stoep and copious amounts of air freshener sprayed into the already nicotine polluted air not so sure that my Rothmans light smoke was not healthier. Maybe all minors that live with smoking parents should be issued with masks like in China so that

theydo not inhale all the fumes from the motor cars, diesel trucks etc. BUT the main concern remains ME and my Rothmans. Anyway we did not leave on a very loving note because I told her for the very last time…..I will not stop smoking for anyone. It is my lifeline, more so since I lost my Soul Mate, and my specialist physician knows and accepts my shortcoming and his answer is: too late My sympathy goes out to those restaurants that don’t see us smokers as some Alien destroying our families and planet Earth. Thank you guys, I know exactly where to go .You even make provision when it rains. Yeoman’s Award to you all. Of course if anyone from Law Enforcement came along the owner would be given notice to appear in Court. Don’t worry , us smokes will picket and yell your innocence. Think I am just too old now to understand this law; the Lord gave us Self Will, so allow me to decide. Planet Earth is already dying and grossly over populated. Concentrate more on Alcoholism Drug Addiction Prostitution spreading Aids rife in the Eastern Cape Poverty ... I am actually thinking of going Black. The Back people I know don’t seem too concerned about my smoking. Must try a restaurant in Kwana... Has anyone noticed the severe cases of Obesity in our Parliament and some of our local SAP…. Criminals don’t have to run too fast !!!! to get away….. Let’s close with the Event of the Plettenberg Bay Calendar . The one all busjnesses wait for namely the Plett Rage. One only looks at these worn out future politicians, Drs.,Lawyers, etc, etc, doing what Daddy and mommy wants so that they brag at the next Bridge Party or Dad on the Golf Course. My question is why Plett? What has this over rated seaside town got to offer all these Rich Kids because that’s all they are BMW, 4 x4’s Mercs, convertibles etc. etc Bottle Store business is booming. Do you ask for ID ‘s ... bet none, but talking under correction how many have you turned away… What is the reason that you pretty young girls want to degrade yourselves by becoming drunk and not able to be responsible for

your actions. I worked for 23 yrs with Alcoholics and Drug Addicts what a waste.. Moms and Dads just toooo much money to be spent on what the kids already have everything and now there is a strong possibility they will loose their virginity and if not tooo careful you could be potential Grandparents. Another unwanted baby out of wedlock. How can you put this disgrace on our righteous family... Anyway it is late and I must work later. Remember what Christmas is about . Those diamonds and expensive gifts... Giove what you would have spent to someone in the shack area. On hte other side of the N2 there are starving children, grandmothers, peole dying of Aids, the untouchables. They have no idea of what Christmas is. No lunch with crackers ,hats etc. Just the same day of nothingness, but you may notice they have fun with pieces of our scrap like empty bottles. Come on... Less alcohol, sex and all that goes with that life. You have your lives ahead and there is something called LOVE. Find it and remember Life is and will not always be a Rose Garden ... There is a Higher Power and our destiny lies in the choices we make. In our lives. Good Choices: ..happiness contentment success……. Wring Choices : sadness.depression,addiction. Prison and possibly suicide ….. CEL A VIE little ole lady…..plett

During the festive season and the matric rage there is a increase of perpetrators, seeking for opportunities to enrich themselves , to the detriment of visitors, students and locals alike. Their actions tarnish our towns image. The PBCPA, Plettenberg Bay crime prevention association was founded to assist the SAPS to address crime and to assist the public where additional support is needed. The SAPS asked the community’s in South Africa to be their partner in crime prevention and to assist them where we can. We as the PBCPA is more than willing to do this. We do cleanup operations and patrolling hot spot areas, and respond to where our assistance is needed. We formed a combined law enforcement association with SAPS, Security Companies, Communication Experts, CPF, Bitou Law, Traffic, Fire Station, Bitou Counsel, supported with a radio network to effectively address situations as it happens. (For example the armed robber that was arrested under 10 min with all PBCPA and SAPS working together) We believe we can make Plett a safer town and bring crime stats down. 50% OFF selected sushi all through rage @ Mivola 044 533 5056 BOXING COACH / personal trainer / sparring partner wanted! NSRI Safety tips Rip Currents Rip Currents are a naturally forming channel, or river, of water heading out to sea against the incoming currents. As waves push water onto the shore the water has to find a way of heading back out to sea. This is done by rip currents. They form at different places constantly. Anyone caught in a rip-current will realize they are being swept out to sea faster than what they can swim towards shore. If you are caught in a rip-current: -Do not panic and do not try to swim against the current. As hard as it sounds let the current take you out to sea. -Tread water by moving your arms and legs in circular movements to stay afloat and keep your lungs gently filled with air to aid in your buoyancy. -Raise one arm in the air and shout for help to alert people on the shore that you are in trouble. -The rip-current force dissipates the further out to sea it gets so at your first opportunity swim parallel to the shore front until you are free of the rip and then use the incoming waves to aid your progress to get back to shore. NEWSLETTER NOVEMBER 2011 Although municipal statistics reflect that there are nearly 18,000 owned properties in the Bitou area, (a large number of which are concentrated in the area designated "Plettenberg Bay"), only about 700 of these ratepayers OR RESIDENTS are members of this Association. In the prevailing economic climate, it makes sense to ensure that our municipality applies our rates and taxes in a responsible and productive manner – and perhaps this is all the more important for those ratepayers who are not permanent residents of Plett. When it comes to what happens to your money, the Plettenberg Bay Ratepayers and Residents Association is a collective voice which makes representations and offers input to the municipality for the optimal benefit of all ratepayers. Our Executive Mayor's frank newsletters indicate the extent to which our rates and taxes were mismanaged before his appointment. We are fortunate that our Mayor has an open door policy and that he regards constructive input as ‘support’: as a formally recognised body, we are able to attend municipal Council meetings and have some say in the rates we pay. As an organisation, we are concerned with everything which affects our town: from tourism, water, waste removal and recycling to that old chestnut, the airport. We also take very seriously - and

support - crime prevention initiatives. It is our overall objective to find a balance between preserving and conserving what we have, supporting the roll out of delivery of essential services and promoting local economic development. Our current membership reflects a diversity of experience, skills and talents, all of which serve to help us find that balance. Increasing our membership levels will give us access to an even broader knowledge and experience base. Increasing our membership levels will further strengthen our voice. If you are not yet a member of the Plettenberg Bay Ratepayers and Residents Association, our contact details are reflected below. Call us for a membership application. If you are a member and you know of a ratepayer or resident who has not yet joined us, pass a membership application on. A stronger base will give us a more powerful voice. It is our intention to communicate progress in the various projects we undertake as widely as possible so, in future, watch this publication for our monthly newsletter. Feedback from members will always be welcome. Contact us 044 533 4663; e-mail: ratespay@vodamail.co.za. If you’d like to be up-to-date with what we’ve been doing, please join us at our feedback meeting: Tuesday, 20th December 2011, in the Piesang Valley Community Hall at 16:30 for 17:30. Non-member Ratepayers OR Residents will be able to sign up when they arrive. REEGAMES FOR all your gaming and gift requirements. Kwikspar Centre, next to Surf Café. Press Release by The Plettenberg Bay Crime Prevention Association 0822518134 The Plett Student Rage

To All Students

The Plettenberg Bay Crime Prevention Association is an association comprising:6 Security Companies The South African Police Service The Community Police Forum The Business Chamber Municipal Law Enforcement All of whom are jointly committed to keeping Plett a safe and crime free environment. In order to help us achieve this, we need the co-operation of our visitors in following the guidelines set out below:- Please be particularly careful when proceeding to and from the night clubs on the other side of the N2 as it is very difficult to totally effectively eliminate the movement of criminals along the N2 as a result of which you are exposed whilst moving from town to the nightclubs

Teacher Needed for an Educare Centre in Kwanokuthula phase 3. Training and Experience Essential. Please send CV to Box: 206, Plettenberg Bay 6600

and back. - The organisers of “The Rage” have gone to great lengths to engage with responsible minibus taxi operators to facilitate movement between town and the night clubs. Marcellos Taxis and other taxi’s marked (Lucky 7) are approved taxis. Please do not use any taxis which have not been approved by the organisers and preferably travel in taxis in groups. - Avoid walking in 1’s and 2’s and stick to the main routes. Do not use shortcuts or back roads. Do not go to ATM’s alone in an isolated area. Be aware of your surroundings. - If you observe any person/s with whom you are not entirely comfortable, do not proceed and move to a safe populated area. - If at any time you feel isolated or uncomfortable and have to walk because you are unable to afford a taxi or for any other reason you become concerned for your safety, call the PBCPA helpline 0822518134 which is monitored 24/7. They operate on a common radio system and the closest vehicle will be sent to escort you to a safe place. A vehicle should arrive within a few minutes. Do not hesitate to use this number. The PBCPA are very happy to assist. You do not have to wait for something to happen. Rather be safe than sorry.

- You may also report any unacceptable behaviour by taxi drivers to the PBCPA number. Place the PBCPA number on your cell phone as soon as you have read this under AA PBCPA 0822518134 so that it is the first number to come up when you activate your contacts.

Oriented Birds F.C

We went to Beaufort West this past weekend , a very hot place as we know and we were well prepared for the game. By 15hoo the sun was flaming and the reception that we received there was not cool as the changing rooms were closed so we had to stand outside in those conditions but we gave our best , we lost 6-2, players very well as usually but still we are conceding and goals are not forth coming. I know this is not good news for our fans and community but we are giving our best. We are trying hard every week and we need to keep on trying as I still believe that we will turn the corner soon. So my plea to our supporters is to not give up and keep on cheering the boys even in harder times. This is new to all of us, we never had a hiding in our lives but we did not throw in the towel . Some are already writing us out but yeah that’s life it’s always dark, joy comes in the morning our next game is this Saturday against Milland oriented Cape Town in New Horizon sport ground at 15h00, gate will be opened at 14hoo for warm up and I wish the boys all the best and luck. This week we have the whole squad including the students as the exams are finished, and we will be welcoming some players that are coming back from injuries & suspension. All the best From Lunga Manager

Letter via the Editor It is not the end of the world Being effected from HIV/ AIDS does not mean your life is over, you can’t anymore carry on with your life or you will never achieve your dreams. You may still live a longer life just like anyone, you can carry on with your life and achieve your dreams, keep in mind no matter what people say about you or hate you because you are affected but God loves you, you are important to him. He still cares for you. Stop worrying about what people say about you. To the community - people with HIV/ AIDS are still our brothers and sisters. Let’s always love, care, support them. Stop talking about their status, treating them in a different way from us, think if it was you that is treated different to another people how will you feel? Put yourself to her /his shoes. Will you like those bad attitudes? Treat another person with the way you would like o be treated. Patrick Thomas www.helloplett.co.za WHAT'S NEW IN PLETT - 1 DECEMBER 2011

Do animals matter to you ? If so, help to spread the Purple Ribbon – “I SWEAR 4 ANIMALS” I swear to never commit, excuse, or remain silent about animal cruelty … That is my oath! Ribbons available at Wags & Whiskers All proceeds to be donated to PAWS in aid of a Mass Spay in Kwanokuthula We really need to make the public more aware of animal abuse. The animals have no voice and we just need to stand up for them. How great it would be if we could fill our little town with purple ribbons and manage to somehow collect the R 6 700.00 we are still short for the Mass Spay. I need to add that this is a nation wide project and the authorities have asked that money be collected towards helping those in shelters, townships and local animal welfare. I feel that Plett should also partake in this project and that is why I felt the need to initiate it here. Thanks always, Heidi xx REEGAMES: COME play Xbox live or demo the latest games. Conservation Corner The Dwarf cushion star is a tiny, flattened, pentagonal, starfish with poorly developed arms. The dorsal surface is made up of tile-like plates, each with a cluster of tiny knob-like spines. They are uniformly khaki-green on the west coast of south Africa and variegated patterns of orange, brown, green and white on the Indian ocean coast. They are 20mm in size and they are abundant in the intertidal zone, but very well camouflaged. They feed by extruding the stomach through the mouth and plastering it onto the rock, thus digesting microscopic algae. Their eggs are laid under rocks and hatch directly into tiny starfish, without a planktonic larval stage. REEGAMES: WE supply Leafrog, Xbox, Playstation, Wii consoles and games. Letter via the Editor Local Kodak Green it is Possible! Behold it Works! Thank you Ryan of our local Plettenberg Bay Kodak shop! I thought I would have to schlep all the way to Port Elizabeth to get a bargain Nikon Camera deal at Makro as advertised in their Christmas Catalogue. I commiserated about having to do this long trip to ever friendly Ryan, who, much to my delight and amazement, said he could match the deal! Half in disbelief, I enquired further.Would he also be able to match the Camera bag and additional lens and the SD card and the Photo Shop software? Yep, says Ryan with a smile!

Werner 082 940 2895 pureH20@mweb.co.za • Garden Design • Grey Water Systems Without hesitation, I came back with payment stuff and we did the happy deal! Right here in Plett! Local is lekker and possible right here in Plett, nogal! Must have saved at least R200 on petrol and a day of driving all the way there and back! Ryan assures me that, perhaps, he can’t match every deal that is advertised out there, but most he can. So before saddling up your Camels, goats, she asses, donkeys and the like for a long trip into the deep blue yonder, give our locals a chance to match the deal! Good for Plett, also saves our Planet! Successful Art Competition The Plettenberg Bay Arts Association is pleased to inform the public of a very successful Art Competition we organised involving the Bitou 10 Primary Schools. The subject was “MY STREET” and some very beautiful work was handed in for judging. Prizes were given for the best six paintings in each school and in addition an overall first, second and third prize was presented. The presentation took place at the Plett Primary school on the 22nd November 2011. Packets of sweets and biscuits were also handed out while the adults received drinks and refreshments. It is hoped that this will become an annual event encouraging young people in the arts. See pic on www.helloplett.co.za SPORTS, NEUROMUSCULAR AND THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE with Rosemary Codron.
