A long history of memories, tradition and family values are at the heart of Kawartha Dairy. Proud to be 100% Canadian-owned, still operated by our family in Bobcaygeon. ever since our parents and grandparents Jack and Ila Crowe started Kawartha Dairy in 1937, we have been proud to use fresh milk and cream, right from local farmers. We also pack our products within 24 hours of the dairy farm. We’re proud to still make our delicious, rich, and creamy, premium ice cream the traditional way. In the beginning, we delivered milk by horse and wagon, washed milk bottles by hand and used ice from the lake as our refrigeration system. our operations have certainly grown but we still make all our products right in Bobcaygeon. our Bobcaygeon store is just a short walk from downtown, offering over 40 ice cream flavours and countless memories. With flavours like moose tracks, Salty Caramel truffle, and mint Chip, we have something for everyone. We are looking forward to seeing you in Bobcaygeon or at any of our ten stores this summer and would like to thank you for your continued loyal support.
