armes Turner Brown have been supporting the wonderful charity, Phabkids since 2010. Directors Peter Brown and Steve Turner ran the London marathon for Phab in April 2010 and since then HTB have raised thousands of pounds for this worthwhile cause. It’s not just Peter and Steve that have worked hard to raise funds, but all of the staff at HTB have contributed over the years through raffles, cakes sales, online competitions, colouring competitions, auctions and much more. More recently, Steve has taken part in RideLondon for Phab. In fact he has completed the course four times, raising even more for the charity. The charity has over 150 Phab clubs across England and Wales, with 8,000 members, enabling children, young people and adults with disabilities to get together with friends and family to enjoy all kinds of activities and social events. The Directors of HTB visited one of the local Phab clubs back in 2010 and immediately fell in love with the charity after seeing the effort the staff and volunteers put in. Phab inspires and supports children, young people and adults with and without disabilities to make more of life together - breaking down community barriers, reducing social isolation and creating opportunities for disabled people to enjoy the same activities and challenges as, and alongside, those without a disability.
PHABKIDS! Local Phab Clubs
Some clubs will meet each week, with members enjoying each other’s company and different activities - from crafts to a game of pool, disco or visit from the local Fire Station! Other clubs will focus on sports such as Boccia, trips to the cinema or days out. Run by local volunteers, Phab Clubs can make a real difference to the lives of people with disabilities and their families too. Regional and national events, organised by Phab, bring local clubs and members together to share experiences, support each other and enjoy time away together.
weekend or week away with Phab at Bendrigg Lodge in the Lake District or Avon Tyrrell in the New Forest, fully supported by around 95 Phab volunteers and carers and the Centres’ own experienced staff. Phab volunteers receive tailored training to enable them to support the children and, where needed, a special carer can accompany a child. Steve Turner and his son Luke, were lucky enough to spend a day at Avon Tyrell to see the charity in action. Both Steve and Luke spent an emotional day watching the children enjoy various activities from archery to sailing and high ropes/ climbing in the forest. HTB continue to support Phab and Steve now volunteers personally at the London Marathon Expo, meeting and registering all the ‘Phab’ runners and sharing his own experiences with them.

Step 1 Type www.propertycollection.club into your web browser to see the latest months campaigns to choose from. They will be rotating in a preview library as shown above with their campaign number on them.

Our new fully responsive Corporate TV website is fully integrated with our Content Management System. This website is automated and configurable and drives your campaigns daily. Most Property Collection clients’ use this as their main corporate website, and some choose the website to be integrated with their existing corporate website with the sales pitch of having a second TV video based website to their clients. These new look, fully responsive websites have some lovely new features and functions to further improve your user’s experience of browsing your website content. It is essential that these new sites not only feed the search engines with our rich video content, but also the textual content that you are used to delivering your clients with your existing web presence.
So what’s new? Playlist home page banner Your home page will greet your customers with a media playlist capable of displaying images and video in a rotating sequence, bringing new life to the entrance point of your website and allowing you to have a fresh, seasonal and current approach to engage and improve your web traffic and bounce rate. Campaign integration Your monthly campaign will be seamlessly integrated into your new TV website. There will be a home for it on the media playlist banner on the home page, as well as a footer across all pages.

Live search function Once your reader has entered their preferred search criteria, any changes to this will update as live results without having to click to update. Improved property listings This new user interface displays icons to detail the number of reception rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as clear call to actions to allow your home hunters to see more details, play the video, add to a wish list (registration will be required for

Chatter Cloud We are very excited about our new form of social commenting: Chatter Cloud. This new feature is designed to collate all the commenting about a property to one area on each property website. This means that commenting is not diluted against a picture or video alone. This clever tools will generate a formation of words which are being used to describe the property, and your client will also be able to select
their own if they want to overwrite the automated selection. The Chatter Cloud comes complete with a news feed which is visible on every page to keep your audience up to date with the property news and views. As the agent marketing the property, you will also have the ability to comment on the property and give your humble opinion on its best features as the agent marketing the property. For Sellers and Landlords The ultimate tool for marketing their property. The home page delivers a feed of the activity on the website from them and you as the agent posting about the property. Each post can be Liked and a Comment can be made which will be added to the Chatter Cloud.
