MAR KET ING The costs to market your property is a separate cost to the Commission Fee and is borne by the Seller. These costs can vary depending on the extent of marketing required by you the Seller or as advised by your Agent. At The Property Exchange we have worked out a very cost effective marketing campaign that suits most properties and has been proven to be highly successful. These costs will vary slightly from property to property but generally they will range between $3,395 - $5,485 depending on how long the property is on the market. If the property sells on the first day (which is the result we always strive for!) then the set up cost will be the only cost. If however the property stays on the market for a while longer there will be further costs depending on the strategy we have chosen together. The way your property is marketed can have a huge impact on the result that you get, and it does not have to cost a fortune.
