PTER 2: UNDERSTANDING YOUR RELATION WITH FOOD
Over the course of tme, everybody begins to develop certain habits. We develop habits in all arenas of our lives. We develop hygiene habits, food habits, ork habits, and all sorts of other types of habits. Ho ever, they are usually prety oblivious to our habits untl they begin to afect us negatvely. And even then, hen e begin to understand that e are being poorly impacted by our habits, it can be very difcult to change them. Because that is hat I have it is like. A habit is something that e do almost unconsciously. We are programmed to follo these habits, and it takes a great amount of illpo er to break free from the cycle. Once you begin to understand that your relatonship ith food has everything to do ith the habits that you have created and habits that you can contnue to mold and cultvate, then it becomes far easier to change your mindset.
