On the basis of this certificate, Ata Ul Rahil got a passport made. On this basis, Mumbai ATS lodged a case against Vijay Agarwal for fraud and arrested him at that time. After getting bail, Vijay Agarwal did not turn up in court and jumped bail. Additional Chief Magistrate (Second), Mazgaon Mumbai issued an arrest warrant after Vijay Agarwal jumped bail.
