NAHA TO HOST AROMATHERAPY CONFERENCE IN FALL

POCATELLO, ID-- The National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) will hold its Beyond Aromatics conference in October in Salt Lake City, Utah. The conference is designed to provide opportunities for aromatherapists, massage therapists, naturopaths, and other like minded individuals to meet and network. The theme this year will be: “Beyond Aromatics – Cultivating the Future of Aromatherapy and Beyond: Your Passion and Purpose in Action.” The conference will be 5-7 October 2023.

Essential Oils For Hair Growth

Looking to grow your hair? Fill a 4 oz. spray bottle with 3 tablespoons of alcohol-free witch hazel. Add 1 teaspoon of hemp seed oil or carrot seed oil. Fill the remainder of the spray bottle with distilled water, leaving about a half inch for room for other oils. Add 10 drops each of lavender, rosemary, cedarwood, and peppermint essential oil. ❁

Get Rid Of Fruit Flies

Fruit flies can be so annoying. Try apple cider vinegar. Fill a small bowl with apple cider vinegar. Add two drops of dish detergent. Stir it. The fruit flies are attracted to the mixture. ❁
