2. OTHER FEES

All other fees must optional fees and be listed hereunder with the details of the amounts to be charged and approved by the FEI. Only fees approved by the FEI and listed in the approved Schedule can be charged by the OC. Please specify if price per bale or other quantity.

Hay: Free of charge

Straw: Free of charge

Shavings: Free of charge

Other (please specify): The lorries of home individual athletes (both CSIO5* and CSIYH1*) will not be accommodated on the Showgrounds. Irish individual athletes must make parking arrangements for their own vehicles at their own expense. Parking for the horse lorries of team athletes will be provided on the Showgrounds.

3. NO-SHOWS/LATE WITHDRAWALS

NB: In the case of withdrawals after the date of definite entries (24 July 2023) or no-shows the athlete or the respective NF will be held liable to reimburse the OC for the actual financial loss incurred by the OC (please refer to Jumping Rules Art. 251.17) as a result of the late withdrawal or no-show.

Amount charged: €200 in the case of a late withdrawal to cover stabling. €261 per night in the case of no-shows at the Official Hotel (This will also apply to late arrivals at the Hotel).
