RENTAL programme
All Raffles Residences The Red Sea beach villas are included within the hotel rental programme, and will be managed for you while you are not in residence. You have the peace of mind that your home is maintained to the highest standards in your absence, and the knowledge that it is part of one of the most desirable luxury hotel brands in the world.
A buyer will be required to pay provisional service fees on handover, which cover the property’s proportional contribution to the Master Community Fees, Condominium Fees and Hotel Services Fees and there will be fees in relation to mandatory maintenance services to the buyer’s property.
The Master Community Fees cover the costs of providing transport services within the master community and costs of managing and maintaining the master community facilities and the master community generally.
The Community Fees cover the costs of managing and maintaining the condominium common area and facilities.
The Hotel Services Fees are the fees payable to the hotel for the costs incurred in providing hotel services to the property.
