ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS ROUGH | TRIM PLUMBING all work to be completed by our NYC licensed and insured master plumber includes all new branch, waste, and water to all locations throughout the residence all piped back to the local risers mandatory 24-hour retention tests included for all new showers all trim plumbing to completion throughout permitting, inspections, and sign-offs throughout SPRINKLERS as applicable MIRRORS | GLASS | GLAZING as designed throughout the residence including glazing for millwork, closet mirrors and shower enclosures as designed throughout WOOD FLOORING | SPECIALTY FLOORING as designed and specified throughout the residence HVAC this budgetary placeholder is for the installation of a full HVAC system including all acoustically lined ductwork, all new thru wall compressors (5 ton units) and all associated masonry work air handlers, zoned systems which all include the installation of NEST thermostats to control throughout. Stone: this is the fabrication of all stone throughout kitchen material for these Countertops: Budgeted in Calacatta Marble with a 2� Thick built-up edge in a honed finish. all natural stone to be sealed with two coats of Sealer templating, installation, sealing, and protection of full stone / tiled backsplash to completion preparation includes ALL of the necessary sand, cement, labor and materials to re-build the structure of the bathrooms to prepare for the installation of the finishes and materials Specified and Included for all waterproofing is the Laticrete 9235 waterproofing membrane installation includes the labor to install all provided tile and stone once the preparation is completed. installation of floor stone/tiles, wall stone/tiles, and custom stone included. sealing of all natural stone products at completion with two coats of Bulletproof Sealer. all high grade Latricrete bonding materials to be used. fabrication: all fabrication cost for the custom door saddle, and vanity top.
