Sealing of all natural stone products at completion with two coats of Bulletproof Sealer. All high-grade Latricrete bonding materials will be used through installation.
Fabrication – All fabrication cost for the custom door saddle and vanity tops.

AUDIO & VIDEO SYSTEMS | MOTORIZED SHADES | SECURITY SYSTEMS This line item will remain as TBD until client provides us with an idea of how they’d like the residence to function with all video/ audio/ and lighting system.
This line item is inclusive of all custom shades and motors throughout the apartment. Shades within the bedrooms will be ‘blackout’ for sleeping purposes. All shades are to work on motors and controlled by remotes per room.
PROJECT | SITE MANAGEMENT Project management throughout the course of the project to assure schedules are met, all trades are continuously working, deliveries are coordinated with the building, accepted, reviewed, and signed for on a daily basis. Site management assures that all requests by the building and management are satisfied and neighbors within the building remain undisturbed by the work in progress.
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION REIMBURSABLES These are reimbursable expenses that accrue during the course of a project including commuting expenses, mailing expenses, messenger expenses, and the like.
