SITE SAFETY Daily on site supervision of all trades to assure work is being completed to NYC Building code and The Renovated Home workplace guidelines.
DEMOLITION | PROTECTION Proposed renovation would require the entire removal of all interiors; including walls, partitions, closet interiors, bathrooms, millwork, and cabinetry, throughout the residence.
CARTING | DEBRIS | SITE REMOVALS Continuous debris pick-ups throughout the entire course of construction through completion.
Full debris removal and carting during demolition and a full cleaning at completion of demolition in preparation of work to commence.
Professional cleaning crew at completion of project including full exterior and interior window cleaning prior to client occupancy.

All associated electrical, plumbing and filing for this mechanical element is included within this line item.
Full dimensioned duct work drawings and all associated filing documentation is included within this package for the NYC DOB filing as well as all filing for the buildings alteration team to review.
APPLIANCES Within this line item is a budgetary placeholder for kitchen appliances given they are a taxable item.
Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Miele are specified to identify the level of quality.

ROUGH CARPENTRY This line item includes all rough and trim carpentry, partitions as needed, ceilings, drywall, trim, base and crown molding installations, and accessory installations at completion as proposed within the plans.
Millwork installations are calculated within the pricing of the individual millwork elements listed below.
CLOSET INTERIORS This line item includes a budgetary placeholder for all closet interiors provided by California Closets.
The Renovated Home has used California Closets exclusively since 1988 for all of its closet interiors absent our own full wood custom closet interiors.
Custom offerings are available but are not included within this budgetary proposal.
Closet interiors by California Closets are considered for the master bedroom dressing room and all closet interiors.
BUILDING MATERIALS This line item includes all necessary materials throughout the course of the project as well as labor to bring deliveries inside.
This line item includes all coordination with the building for deliveries and use of the elevators.
ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK | INSTALLATION Each line item includes all trucking and inside deliveries. These budgetary line items are for product and the associated labor to install each individual element.

This line item includes all finished painting of all custom cabinetry and millwork. No wallpapering or faux finishing within this budgetary proposal.
STONE | MARBLE | TILE MATERIAL Kitchen – Countertops | Island Countertops | Backsplash Templating, installation, sealing, and protection of all completed countertops.
Fabrication Labor of the Stone: This is the fabrication of all stone throughout kitchen. Material for these Countertops: Budgeted in Calacatta Marble with a 2” Thick built-up edge in a honed finish. All natural stone to be sealed with two coats of Sealer.
Templating, installation, sealing, and protection of full stone backsplash to completion. Material for Backsplash: Budgeted in Calacatta Marble cut down to ¾” thickness.

Installation includes the labor to install all provided tile and stone once the preparation is completed. Installation of floor tiles, wall tiles, and custom stone included.
Sealing of all natural stone products at completion with two coats of Bulletproof Sealer. All high grade Latricrete bonding materials to be used.

PROJECT | SITE MANAGEMENT Project management throughout the course of the project to assure schedules are met, all trades are continuously working, deliveries are coordinated with the building, accepted, reviewed, and signed for on a daily basis. Site management assures that all requests by the building and management are satisfied and neighbors within the building remain undisturbed by the work in progress.
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION REIMBURSABLES These are reimbursable expenses that accrue during the course of a project including commuting expenses, mailing expenses, messenger expenses, and the like.
