Stack Cooker Teriyaki Chicken with Veggie Rice and Apple Crisp In the 3qt dish: • 1 3/4 cup minute rice • 1 3/4 cup Chicken Broth • 1 cup veggies (onions, carrots, green beans, peas, corn, etc.) In the 1 3/4 qtr. dish: • 1/2 cup or more bottled marinade (I used Kroger brand) • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken cut in chunks • After marinating, • Cut chicken in big chunks. Leave the "raw zone" open. • If you'd like a thicker sauce, also add 1-2 Tablespoons Cornstarch to the chicken Top layer in the cover: • 1 can Apple pie filling Make the crumb topping by mixing together • 1/2 cup flour • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon-Vanilla • 1/2 stick (4 Tbsp.) cold butter Microwave for 20 minutes on High. Leave in microwave 5 minutes. Enjoy!!!
