The KitchenAid 2.1L Food Processor takes the hard work out of food preparation, it can chop, slice, shred, purée, mix, knead, mince, whisk and julienne in a matter of seconds. It comes with a 2.1 L BPA-free work bowl with a hinged lid, dough blade, multi-purpose S-blade, reversible 4mm medium slicing/shredding disc, julienne disc, refrigerator lid, whisk accessory, hinged lid with 2-in-1 feed tube and food pusher and the drive adapter. Choose between Matte Black, Onyx Black, Empire Red, Almond Cream, Contour Silver and Pistachio coloured base units, the Pistachio is particularly beautiful. Its collection of accessories can tackle fresh veggies, cheese, doughs, sauces, salsa and more, liquids like oil can be added to the drizzle basin and it will then trickle into the mix while processing, this is handy for fresh salads. There are three easy press buttons that select either low, high or pulse controls and the LED display will illuminate when in use, the twist-free design means you just need to click the bowl into place and open the hinged lid. When you are finished the bowl and all the accessories can be thrown in the dishwasher and all the parts fit inside the bowl making it easy to store away and keep all the parts together. If you need to clean the Food Processor and use it again straight away you can pour in some warm water and add 1-2 drops of dish soap and give it a whirl, a quick rinse and its ready to go again.
