Nestled over the velvety lagoon, Summer Pavilion showcases modern Chinese tapas-style cuisine, a wine cellar and Afternoon Tea in a lantern-inspired space. Signature dishes, including roasted duck, lobster and fish noodle soup, live lobster and crab glaze, are designed to be shared and paired with fine Chinese teas and selections from its extensive wine cellar.
