Under Tennessee Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury or death of a participant in equine activities resulting from inherent risks of equine activities. Show Management and sponsoring associations will not be responsible for accident, theft or injury that may occur to anyone. No dogs allowed inside arena. All dogs outside must be on a leash. No smoking in the arena. No alcoholic beverages allowed on the show grounds. Show management reserves the right to decline an entry without being held liable for compensation. NO REFUNDS will be given after a horse has been registered. Persons on Federal Disqualification may not transport horses to the show and can only participate as a spectator.
