Kathleen Nystrom began her career as a closer at Investor’s Mortgage, rising to become the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Servicing at TCF Mortgage (Huntington Bank). Kathleen played a pivotal role in witnessing the loan portfolio’s remarkable growth from $760 million to a remarkable $6 billion. As the Servicing Director, Kathleen leads a dedicated team of 45 professionals and actively contributes to the company’s Culture Committee. Beyond her career, she proudly owns an antique store in her hometown, Annandale, MN.

Brian Carlson’s SBA career spans 30 years, in which he has built four Top Ten national SBA lending operations. He was also the founder and CEO of the largest SBA Lender Service Provider in the nation. He taught SBA lending at the Graduate Banking School at the University of Colorado for 7 years, with a focus on the SBA process, related costs and how SBA lending can be utilized to enhance a bank’s CAMELS rating. His focus with Total SBA, is to enable lenders to accurately and cost effectively utilize these profitable SBA programs to assist their small business clients.
DINA KROSHKIN SVP, NATIONAL PRODUCTION MANAGER TOTAL SBA
With 20 years in finance, Dina excels in commercial real estate and business lending, prioritizing credit quality. Her experience spans credit reviews, loan participations, origination, and consulting. Leading Total Loan Solutions’ Loan Sourcing division, Dina’s focus is on expanding the National Loan Network to boost commercial lending opportunities and diversify portfolios nationwide.

Melissa K. Page Boeshans is the President of Commercial Title and National Business Development at The Servion Group since 2016. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in managing high-volume, complex real estate transactions, including title endorsements and legal research. Leading a nationwide team, Melissa focuses on building lasting client relationships and operational efficiency. Before Servion, she held roles with underwriters, law firms, and independent title agencies, and she is also a trained Rule 114 mediator.
CLINT CARLSON ACCOUNT MANAGER TRILEAF
Clint Carlson, starting as an Environmental Scientist in 2014 at Trileaf, now holds the position of East Region Account Manager at the Chicagoland office. His journey began with fieldwork and report writing, expanding to training new scientists and updating protocols to meet industry standards. In 2018, Clint was promoted to Project Manager, overseeing the scientific team while managing telecommunications clients. Since 2022, he applies his vast environmental due diligence experience as an Account Manager.
Sammy Hoskins joined Trileaf in 2013 as an Environmental Scientist. After showcasing expertise in environmental consulting, he transitioned to Servion in 2021 as a dedicated Trileaf Project Manager. Sammy’s commitment and proficiency led to his promotion as Group Manager of Trileaf’s commercial due diligence operations in March 2023. His current role involves ensuring reports meet ASTM Standards and client expectations, maintaining excellent customer service, and leading Project Manager development.

As the Director of Sales, Brian is responsible for identifying financial institutions that have needs not currently being met within their internal staff. Brian is in year 8 with Servion and has 30 years of residential and commercial lending experience.
LILLIE CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER THE SERVION GROUP
As Chief Credit Officer for Servion Commercial Loan Resources, Tony Lillie oversees the company’s commercial underwriting services. His areas of expertise include loan structure and administration, risk rating assessments, portfolio administration, loan policy development, and much more. He regularly consults with lending institutions, helping them evolve their approaches to commercial lending and related disciplines.
MATT ANDERSON MANAGING DIRECTOR APPLIED DATA, RESEARCH TREPP
Matthew Anderson, Managing Director, is a recognized authority in the banking industry and was critical in Trepp’s expansion into the banking market. In his role, Mr. Anderson leads the development of the Bank Navigator, Trepp’s surveillance and risk management tool for financial institutions. His recent focus of work has been on risk analysis in the financial sector, with particular attention to the recent regulatory requirements of the Dodd-Frank financial reform legislation.
