And, it just takes one very cold, cold period of time, to spell disaster for outdoor experiences if your equipment is not in the best of winter shape. Allen's Outdoor Supply, Feed, and RV Mobile Repair and Services, “The Red Horse” people, in Bishop, carries a full line of RV and marine supplies, mobile repair and servicing, as well as offering consulting on a variety of RVing topics. Tim Allen, Brandon Helmbolt, and Mike Allen added the RV services this year to the many other products (like UHaul rentals) and supplies Allen's Outdoor is known for with the idea of tackling the RV services most in demand, says Tim. Allen's Outdoor has been in the area for decades, but Tim acknowledges they would like to promote being pro-active and getting recreational vehicles of all types both “ready to park for winter, when you are done with your last trip,” (sometime in September or October) to problem-solving before you are going out on your first trip in the spring. And, with some owners using their vehicles yearround, it's especially important to have that winter check-up to look at appliances, heaters, window and door frames, generator, solar panels, sewer equipment, water and fuel storage, and flooring and roofing. These check-up services also include horse trailers, Sprinter vans / custom off-road vehicles, and even some big rigs. January 24 –30, 2019 travel from Olancha to Bridgeport, and into western Nevada (Fish Lake Valley, NV), and being a mobile business has greatly expanded their ability to work with others, notes Tim. Mike orders supplies, and does research on the RV products, and Tim and Brandon install, repair, service, and problem-solve with two mobile trucks. Many of the repairs are done while you shop or attend to other things in town, adds Tim, so folks coming from out-of-the-area, might be back on the road in a shorter amount of time. Tim says, customers “always leave here smiling.” Allen's Outdoor RV Supplies and Repair specialize in solar panels and equipment for recreational vehicles, and many of the latest, state-of-the-art solar panels are available at the store. Tim explains the store also carries the very flexible solar panels, which can work on the “pod-shaped” trailers. There are Icon Products, for RV skirting and fender skirting replacement also. The store is stocked with many of the RV and marine supplies that big-chain stores carry, with the advantage of not having to drive or order on line, when you can get it locally, with someone to help you install or understand the product's best uses. Recently, Tim and Brandon made a trip to Fish Lake Valley, Nevada, with the mobile truck, parts, and their expertise on board. “We were 100 per cent successful,” says Tim, with a big grin. Brandon notes how satisfying it was to be able to help a group of people get their RVs up and going, or a hot water heater cranking out hot water again. One of a number of successful RV repair and supply stories they have going for them. They also purchase and restore RVs, Tim adds. Look for an upcoming RV event in the spring, with some RV representatives bringing up their expertise too.

Champion sprinter Roy H looked like the horse we have become accustomed to in his first start of 2019.The seven-year old son of More Than Ready was nothing short of sensational in winning the Palos Verdes Stakes at the Great Race Place on January 19. Stalking a hot early pace (21.44 opening quarter) in the six furlong grade 2 event, this Peter Miller trained gelding took the lead at the top of the stretch and easily finished four lengths in front. "I've run out of superlatives to describe that effort," jokes Miller. "Watch it and you make your own conclusion." The 2018 season culminated with a dominating performance in a Breeders' Cup Sprint victory.The 2017 Eclipse Sprint Champion, Roy H has also been nominated for that same award in 2018. Bringing About Desire Thomas Troward said, The Divine Spirit is the limitless potential of human life.” Ernest Holmes said, “This means that the human is really Divine but will ever evolve into a newer and better state of conscious being.” My teacher, Dr. Juanella Evans said, “What you are thinking about you are bringing about.” Given that all of these statements are true, we need to know how to put them into practice, so as to live the life we desire of good and very good. Physical circumstances or conditions do not define man; rather our thoughts about either determines our experience. The understanding and application of the principles of Religious Science by no means promises that every condition encountered by its followers will be rainbows and unicorns, however; it gives us the mental, emotional and spiritual tools with which we can meet each condition or circumstance to meet and confront a limited or negative appearance and bring about a change of conditions that matches or exceeds the desires of the individual. Jesus and many others said, “It is done unto you as you believe.” The Power of your belief must be of paramount importance, for it sets the stage for experience. Holmes wrote in The Science of Mind, “If we believe in suffering we shall suffer. Life responds to us in the way we approach it. We should choose that which we wish to embody and by constant attention to it take on all its characteristics. Let us choose to be identified with power, with love and beauty, with peace and happiness. Let us identify ourselves with abundance and with success.” Holmes illustrated his statements, “Life is a blackboard upon which we consciously or unconsciously write those messages which govern us. We hold the chalk and the eraser in our hand but are ignorant of this fact. Your beliefs and thoughts about them are molding your experience, but you do not need to continue in that experience. You can change it through the application of the eraser. You cannot give continuous attention to a negative situation and expect to reverse or eliminate its effects. The energy is removed by reversing the thoughts than overwhelm the emotional selfhood. By claiming light where there has been darkness, we expose the darkness for the pretender to be something when it has always been the absence of anything. When you bring a light into a darkened room, you expose the darkness for its nothingness. My teacher and her teacher carried an imaginary eraser with them at all times. Being ever vigilant of their consciousness it was not unusual to see her raise her eraser and clean the blackboard of any negative word or thought she might encounter. This discipline is essential to the control of conditions and situations in our life. What have you been writing on your blackboard? Life is reflecting it in your life. We must write different things and we can even use colored chalk, but be ever diligent to erase what is not part of your desire. My wife would hold up her eraser and swipe the air from side to side, and say, “Erase, Erase, Erase.” You can do the same. God is Love and Loving You Right Now!
