In-Person Paradise Garden Tour.

Paradise Fire Protection District invites you to the first annual Paradise Garden Tour. Begin your tour at the Paradise Firehouse where a plant and bake sale will tempt the senses and offer refreshment. Then follow the tour map to enjoy and visit five local gardens, four in Paradise and one bonus garden in Swall Meadows. In each location the resident gardener will be accom-panied by a master gardener both ready to answer your questions and offer advise. Get inspired by the creativity of these unique gardens, get to know your neighbors and help raise funds for your local fire district. The Inyo-Mono Master Gardeners will be awarding tributes such as best color, best edibles, and best wildlife garden. Plant lists will be available in each location.

About Paradise Fire Protection District.

Paradise Fire Protection District relies on volunteers who are first responders to medical emer-gency’s, structure fires and wildland fires that affect our community. We are funded by dona-tions, fundraisers, special assessment fees and grants. As a group we are interested in providing community support through events and educational workshops. Our Paradise community is located 15 miles north of Bishop, California in Mono County.
