As the weather gets warmer and the spring cleaning urge gets stronger, it’s a good time to take stock of your garage. Is it a functional space or just a repository for junk? Are there more logical ways to store your belongings? Before you rush out and buy new shelving and cabinets, professional organizer Cindy Tyner recommends putting some serious thought into how you want to use your garage. She says the No. 1 mistake people make is pulling everything out of the garage first and then getting overwhelmed when they try to cram it all back in. “People go out and buy things, like storage systems and bins, and say, ‘This is what I need to get me organized,’ but the things don’t fit the purposes they need,” said Tyner, who owns an Ann Arbor, Mich.-based

Reasons To Keep Your Car's Service Current owner's manual, it will contain a treasure trove of information about not only when the maintenance is required, but also what types of fluids your car is designed to use. Tires that have too much pressure have the risk of potential blowouts, which can be dangerous and even fatal.
Likewise, brakes should be checked once or twice a year to make sure they are working properly, or checked if you notice anything unusual about them, such as squealing, grinding, or the need to push on the brakes harder than normal. Obviously, not having properly working brakes on your car is dangerous. Furthermore, regularly servicing your car will make it worth more if or when you decide to sell it or trade it in. By doing simple tasks like keeping the inside of the car clean and washing it frequently, you will keep your car looking nicer and
improve its value. Cleaning the underside of your car is important, especially during the winter months in cold climates, to prevent snow and sludge from corroding the parts. A car that has been regularly serviced, maintained, and looks great on the inside and outside will get you more money when you decide to sell it.
