Building Productive Citizens through Community Service By Lorena Rios

here is a famous and inspiring quote I once read by Eduado Galeano, which states «A lot of humble people in small places, doing small things could change the world» It’s not about having our pocket full with money that makes positive impact in our lives.” Making complaints when faced a challenging situation is a norm to many people. But have you ever considered asking yourself: What
steps can be taken to overcome it?
Community Services is one good example that can be used to bring forth positive changes in our society. We can build a brighter future together through this common good. In Paraguay (located in the heart of South America), we are faced daily with poverty, corruption, education issues, violence, environmental destruction,
Nancy Lorena Rios Caballero to name a few. If there is a will, we can overcome these weaknesses and improve its outlook and hopefully look for gratifying results. Let’s use our skills to do great things in our community. Here are some of my experiences:
We organized the «Kids Day» in the Palma Community, the TOBA-
QOM indigenous community located 225 km from Asuncion (Paraguay’s capital) in the city of Villa del Rosario del Kuarepoti, San Pedro state with a land extension of 154 hectares and 300 inhabitants.

They also work on the wool for handicraft, creating: screens, bags, baskets, karanday flower brooms. The village has a humble school where teachers are indigenous and teach approximately 120 children.
I feel it is essential for children themselves as it strengthens them to be productive, committed as citizens and be able to contribute fully to their families and societies at large.

In 2012, we got together 120 children from Palma and Boquerón communities and shared the day with them, providing gifts (educational toys), clothing, candy, balloons, piñatas, and snacks.

It seeks to support children / parents as indigenous and vulnerable families to reach their full potential through training workshops on leadership, entrepreneurship, with a focus on environment, health, hygiene and nutrition situation. The date August 15 is uspicious. Each year we celebrate the Children’s Day in Primary School No. 5636 (in addition working with them on weekends).
On this special day, a total of 250 people will get together for a good cause including children’s, youth and adults. ’m one who wants to reach the top of the ladder, to become a successful person and live life not content, but to keep reaching the limits and breaking them in order to keep going higher.
It is a stumbling block to success before even starting, achieving their goals and making and many including the most their dreams come true. successful people, experience.
But merely thinking about the process and work involved to achieve those dreams can be daunting. And this is what millions of other people suffer from—the disease of mediocrity!
We live in a world of people who most only plan but never take action, with only a handful of those who make a difference and go through with their plans. And why are they the most successful ones?
People can so easily fall into the trap of mediocrity and laziness but very difficult to get out of. They are too comfortable in their comfort zones and do nothing to change. 12
Sproutr
So how do we overcome these two ma jor obstacles to success?
Because they are the small percentage who aspire to be great and take action without the negative thought of giving up or stopping
They are never paralyzed by mediocrity or by the fear of doing and achieving what they want. The secret to being successful is having the right attitude and to work hard, for it isn’t just about how smart you may think you are, or all the money you have in the bank, or the many skills you have, but it is motivation and hard work that drives you, that would give you the ambition to reach the skies and push yourself beyond the limits.
Photo by JD Hancock / www.Flickr.com
How c an you get up there without feeling like you c an’t make it? Simple: Know what you want, set a goal and aim for something even higher. Then you will be able to start your journey to success. It can take years to obtain something that you want and a lot of hard work has to be put into it. It may seem discouraging to keep moving forward when you feel like you can’t reach your dreams. But to dream big is what will keep you going. They say that to think of short term goals will help you to move forward, and it’s a good idea to set these sorts of goals and to celebrate your achievements when you have accomplish them. Thinking big is the key to overcome the failures you will inevitably experience throughout your journey to success.
W
ith the focus of reaching your huge goal, the small bumps won’t matter and can easily be solved because you have one main goal you’re sticking to and you have the mindset to do anything in your power to achieve it. Small bumps create huge problems when reaching short-term goals, but they
are considered petty and easily solved when you’re dreaming big and creating high end results. You are given more power through positivity and motivation once you aim to reach higher than where they say the limits are, because you will be able to see the picture and achieve the greater things in life, where mediocrity does not exist and it is only success you will see.
Steve Jobs is the perfect ex ample for one who ha s reached even further than what is expected. From being a technician with a dream of running his own company, he has further surpassed that goal, not only making his own company, but by creating dozens of new Sproutr

inventions that has changed the technology of the world today. This did not happen through sitting in the couch and thinking of mediocre goals. It takes guts to dream of having a company with technology that hasn’t even been released yet! But because of Jobs big thinking, his innovations and achieving of these goals has not only made him very rich and successful, but it has enabled technology to take huge steps forward, with many companies and people following suit. The best part about thinking big is that it will not only enable you to reach to the top but you will also inspire others as well. You aspire to inspire. One’s thinking big and achieving higher goals will inspire others to do the same, not only giving a chance for others to be successful, but giving a chance for the world 14
Sproutr
to be a better place to live in for the future generations to come. Thinking big will diminish the excuses and mediocrity, and once people follow suit, those terms will be diminished and soon we will be a community whose only destination is forward and higher than the clouds. You create a new playing field altogether. The key to success is to not only to dream big, but to keep sight of your success and to do more than what is expected of you. There are no feelings of contentment when it comes to success, as it may be a never-ending cycle that is bound to stop only when you’re gone from this world. Yes, celebrating and feeling happy for your small successes is good, but keep in mind that the journey is not and never will be over.
This is why we should all think big in order to climb the ladder of success. The right attitude and proper mindset is what will give you the abilit y to move mountains. Don’t settle for less and keep going even when the going gets tough. Sooner or later, you look back and will laugh about all the obstacles you went through and to think how small they really were. This will be your ultimate learning experiences and motivation to reach out further and do more in life. Dream big! Create your vision, set high goals and start. Commit yourself to greatness and actively look out for new opportunities and never look back at the person you once were before. The future holds greater good for those who dare to dream big.

verybody has dreams, whether it is to start a business, start a movement and make a change in our community or in my case, write my first book. There is not a single person in this world who does not have a dream they would like to pursue. However, for most, we all choose to procrastinate, to make an excuse today for tomorrow. Eventually, today’s tomorrow is a never-ending tomorrow’s today, the thoughts will remain for tomorrow. When we choose to procrastinate, we choose to remain in the gap between intention and ACTION. What are you waiting for?
Every step to our dreams always start with the first step. by Dr. Aammton Alias Writing my first book was one of the hardest things to START in my life. In my case, writing began with the first word, the first line, the first paragraph, the first page and then the first chapter and so on.
Here are some ideas on how to end our natural desire to procrastinate.
20
Sproutr
1
The Time is Now. One example I always hear is that everyone keeps saying they desire to write their own book, but for most, it never goes beyond that. Our thoughts and dreams stuck in the realm of my minds, never crossing into the real world, never becoming a reality. We become our own obstacles to any realisation.
ourselves and to hold back. Perhaps we are fearful that if we were to be successful, we would be outside of our current comfort (or misery) zone. For most of us, we have been subconsciously conditioned to accept our current norms, put up with disappointments and unfulfilled lives, even if the answers to a happier life are only around the corner.
Why do we procrastinate? Perhaps it is simply, that we are self-programmed to sabotage
Our minds make up excuses for fear of failure; fear of rejection, this endless net of bubbles
entrapped us from moving forwards. We find reasons to wait, to wait for the perfect conditions, a white knight or angel to lay the path for us, but in actual fact, whatever that needs to be done, must be done now and in our hands. So what’s your excuse? Whether it is an outrageous holiday, writing a book or a business idea, tell yourself:
If I don’t do this now, I will never ever do this in my whole life. There is no other time but NOW.
2
The Intention There is no better driver to our dreams than our good and noble intentions. Anyone can say that they wish to do a business (for example) to have a fortune for themselves, or even for their survival. This is, however, not empowering. When you find your genuine intention,
which is related to a higher calling or a purpose of serving others, making this world a better place. Your intentions will inspire others, and help open doors to opportunities.
trust, whether it is a spouse, a best friend or other loved family members, is a good idea. They may give you support when you start to wane or even feel disillusioned.
Do your intentions align with your values? Does your intentions uplift others or only serve yourself?
For myself, I would tell my wife that if I didn’t write and finish my book that month, it would never ever be published. When I started to feel tired or lose hope, she would tell me to not give up, convince myself that I am so near to completing the book, whilst reminding me of my pledge.
For example, Henry Ford built the Ford automotive industry with the intention of building and selling cars that was affordable to the common man, instead of merely an exclusive for the rich and powerful. He also improved working and pay conditions of his employees, which was an industrial first in the US at that time.
3
The Witness A good way to ensure you continue to have good momentum is to show commitment to your efforts. Declaring your intention and your efforts to someone you
Of interest, it is noted that most people who climb Mount Everest give up and fail when they are so close to the summit.

can be done through writing a business plan or drawing a ‘vision board’. In my case, when writing a book, I chose to determine the title of the book before anything else and then designing the book cover first before I actually started writing. This helps with my own mental process helps because one could not leave a book incomplete when the cover design has already been done!
What is a Vision Board?
A Vision Board could be a drawing or sketch of your business product, it could be scraps of newspaper articles, photos and even mementos. A vision board could also be made of inspiring words or slogan. If you wanted to save up for an Around-The-World trip, perhaps making a board with photos and postcards of the places you would like to visit would help. A vision board can be placed on your bedroom door or in your office. The whole idea is to keep you inspired and focused to your goal.
5
Milestones You can create mini-goals or milestones within your main goal. Make a plan and set your targets for the day or for the week. You got to remember these have got to be realistic targets. If you don’t reach those targets, you can always choose to set the next target to be a lower but realistic achievement. For example, if you are intending to write a book. After sorting out the title, I figured out what the chapters would be out and I would try the one chapter at a time. In the beginning, I thought I could three chapters a day, but realistically it was one chapter a day or specific number of pages. The aim of these milestones is to give you a sense of progression, especially when you choose a task that may take some time to accomplish. As you get closer to completing more tasks, everything becomes more exciting to complete.
6
The Race It is good to have a role model who inspires you but nothing generates internal momentum

as rapidly as when you have someone or something to race against, to compete, ‘the play’ motivates you with endless bounds of energy. You forget the miles that you have run because you are focused on the competition. Who should be this mark? It can be anyone, if you have a friend who is trying to accomplish the same or similar achievements, your acknowledgement of him or her as your ‘racing partner’ may inspire him/ her as well as yourself. You can choose to mark your progress against someone or some entity that does not even know you exist.
The most important thing in this to make sure that you don’t get too engrossed in competing (to a point of wrecking relationships). Always remember your true intention.
Share
your experiences and what you have learnt with your racing partner.
If your partner is lagging, give him/her an advantage of information and tips. Remember the race isn’t real. Be nurturing to others and you
will find you have opportunities to keep outdoing yourself. I have known some writers and entrepreneurs who have chosen to race against themselves, to outdo the person inside themselves! Now that’s what I call intense. As for writing, I wish to inspire my fellow colleagues and friends to compete against ICELAND. Yes, the nation of ICELAND. Did you know that in Iceland (population of 300,000) has more writers, more books published and more books read, per head, than anywhere else in the world. Sproutr
23
Ok here comes my motto (vision board). Imagine that and imagine what would happen if we all take a step in that direction.
Writing and Writers change the world. You Are The Vessel of Your Dreams The reality is that there is no one else to depend on (or blame) but yourself. Take belief that you are put in this world to do good and you will become the vessel of your own dreams. Every time, you wake up on a brand new day, you are filled with choices.
The choice to succeed or the choice to put up your hands and give up in vain. It is always, always a choice. Sir James Dyson had failed so many times to develop his ‘bagless’ vacuum cleaner that he went through 5126 prototypes over 15 years. He was only able to succeed with the 5,127th prototype! His Dyson vacuum cleaner is now the best-selling bagless vacuum brand in the US. Would you be able to persevere to that limit or more? Persevering does not have to be constant suffering. If you choose to change our perspectives and choose to live and enjoy the moments, your perseverance will be a cherish24

Dear Future Me, Are you feeling uneasy, stressed or frustrated about life? Wait. You are not alone. Take a deep breath and read my letter to my future self. LOST. LOVED. CRIED. LAUGHED. I have done them all! I hope and wish that my future self will remember these 9 golden rules of life.
RULE # 1:
Big Bright Smile Be kind to yourself, smile bright. Look into the mirror and smile. Remind yourself that you are awesome. When you smile, not only do you feel happy, you are creating positive vibes. FUTURE ME: You’ve been through ups and down, if you are upset, feel like crying, cry out loud, dry your tears and smile. Remember to shed a light with a wonderful and bright-full smile.
RULE # 2:
A LETTER
TO OPEN
YOUR HEART La Vida Es Bella By Alice Lee 28

Present Is Precious We are reborn daily. Treasure today, now, this second without regrets. Human nature to gaze towards or stay in the good memories. One thing for sure, never look back while you walk. FUTURE ME: You can reminiscence; you can learn from the past but never leave your soul behind. Good to plan ahead, but not forget to live today.
RULE # 3:
Health Is Gold The current me is not feeling well. I’ve then realised I’ve been stressed through my life and put my health at risk. I should be giving more tender, care and love to every cell in my body. Illness pulls my emotional down, big time. FUTURE ME: I hope you are looking after the body. Body and soul need to be fit to live life.
RULE # 4:
Keep Dream Alive I’m a dreamer. I hope you, the future me never give up on the dreams I’ve created when you were younger. Dream is one reason that keeps me alive, at least my soul is. FUTURE ME: «Knowing is not enough, we must apply; willing is not enough, we must do» — Bruce Lee. A dream will forever be a dream if no action is taken.
RULE # 5:
Reflect. Revive FUTURE ME: I hope you always reflect on every thought, every action, every scenario you encountered. Likewise, I am now. We both lost our beloved dad when we were three years old. I always wish that he is here, with us. At the same time, I know he is watching over us in the heaven. His goodbye make us who we are today. He’ll be proud of us, I’m pretty sure. Only with reflection, your true soul revive.
RULE # 6:
Road Not Taken «The road not taken» by Robert Frost is my favourite. FUTURE ME: Be adventurous and have the strength. When there’s an opportunity, see it and grab it. Walk away from the comfort zone and strive. If you never fall, you will never grow and will never know how it feels for victory.
RULE # 7:
What Doesn’t Kill You Make You Stronger I’m born to be tough. I’m born to be bold. FUTURE ME: What doesn’t kill you makes you a stronger person. Pain and suffering are unavoidable, it’s part and parcel of life. Learning to think this way makes you happier. Acceptance of the reality is the essential part

of growing up. Not giving up no matter what. Scars in life engrave your life gorgeously.
RULE # 8:
Explore, Explore and Explore I love exploring, at least for the current self. FUTURE ME: I hope you will keep up the spirit to keep exploring. We both grew in a multicultural country, the curious bug stung us since the day we are born. This makes me an explorer. Keep moving. Explore the world and universe and learn as much as you can, knowledge is an asset.
RULE # 9:
Life Is Beautiful If there is only three words to summarise life, definitely it will be ‘Life is beautiful’. The older I grow, the wiser I will be. FUTURE ME: I hope you are the wiser version of my current self. When you realised everything in this world are impermanent, including your sadness, happiness, todo ! todo ! todo ! (Everything in Spanish) you will start to let them go, and have no fear. Que sera sera, whatever will be will be. When you open your heart, la vida es bella!

THE POWER OF THE SEED
T
here are many definitions of the word success. It may be by reaching money, power, a good career and good relationships or for a matter of personal satisfaction. It may also be simple, short-term goals such as passing your exam or reaching your goal weight.
Take the story of the seed.
A
seed is put under the soil. Water and fertilize it, and it will soon start to grow and blossom. With the proper environment, care and nurturing a beautiful plant will sprout, even if it was There are many who have deep into the soil. But neglect succeeded in their own goals, the seed and leave it alone, but there are even more people who want to know how it’s done. then you will find no growth of the plant. The seed will What they don’t know is that just stay under the soil, never success is not a one-way road, growing to its full potential. where everything you wanted in life is immediately given to you. Moreover, it is not The power of the seed a straight line on a graph, isn’t something we should where it will only go higher. underestimate, because no matter how small the seed may seem, the proper nurturing can take it anywhere. It has the ability to sprout and is not a paved road, nor an easy flourish to great heights.
Success
path. It is a broken, jagged line where we have to go through many ups and downs in order to reach our destination.
It may seem disheartening at first, but the journey will truly be worth it. You have probably started walking towards your way to success. Kudos to you! But how the hell does one stay on that broken path without wanting to give up and go back?
We must learn that falling down is inevitable, and that in order to keep moving, we must learn how to pick ourselves back up and walk with our heads held high while still remaining humble.
In fact, you can do many things with this seed. You can eat it as a source of protein or you may choose to plant this seed to reinvest it into something that will reap more rewards. It is a well-known fact that anyone who puts in their hard work and effort will often end up with rewards beyond their wildest dreams compared to someone who eats the seed just for their own self gain and temporary satisfaction will usually end up with nothing. People are usually impatient and lack the knowledge or the know how before becoming frustrated and end up quitting. They lost Sproutr

their patience and made things difficult for themselves. But for those who have invested the time to learn how to do what they want to accomplish will always find a solution forward.
Success is a plateau and it keep going on and on until the day we die. We must keep working hard in order to maintain our success and keep pushing yourself to the limit.
This story is similar to what people go through when finding success. This seed is the power of the dream. The dream that will aspire you to achieve great things in life.
In order to achieve the greatest things in life, we should not give in and stop when we hit something hard. «Fall down seven times, get up eight» and this is the power of resilience.
In order for a person to become successful in life, he must learn to work hard, to nourish and fertilize his mind and body until he or she blossoms into something new. A blossomed plant must be well maintained for it to stay beautiful and alive. Similar to this, we must learn that success has no finish line.
The Japanese are well known for this and how they overcome great adversity with the power of resilience. Your downfalls should be made as a learning experience, giving you the tenacity to get what you want. The temporary falls we go through in life are what make our successes better. Through failure comes greatness, and we should not
The universal law says that what we sow is what we reap.
be disheartened but stronger when the going gets tough. People should have this lesson in mind. It is not about giving up. Success is about having the drive and courage to keep on keeping on even when you have the feeling or losing.
You should never quit. Never give up no matter what. It may just be a feeling of temporary defeat but it is never the ultimate defeat. You need to have that ultimate purpose in mind and pursue it with all your heart and soul. Every successful person, every expert was once a beginner. Each and every one of us will have a beginning and that beginning will eventually help you grow and scale in life.

So, how is our seed of success nurtured? We water and fertilize our «seeds» through the people we meet and the books we read. We are created by the society we live in, our surroundings giving us the «make or break» opportunities we would take to start our journey to success. And it is not only through our environment that shape us, but also through our own mindset.
The seed of thought does not grow by thinking negatively.
A seed has nowhere else to go but to grow upwards. It sprouts and shoots up towards the sun. Life is similar where we will only head towards the direction of our goals and outcome.
In life you have a choice, where you may choose to nurture yourselves again and keep growing and moving forward or to take a backward step, play safe and achieve nothing. So keep in mind that there are only two ways to choose from: Move forward or do nothing and fall backwards, positive
or negative, up or down. It’s entirely up to you to decide. But the problem is that many are afraid to wilt. They haven’t even made the choice, choosing to play safe and stay in place. Without attempting to grow, they are already frozen in fear, choosing to stay within the comforts of the soil rather than seeing what the world has to offer.

Many successful people including Oprah, Richard Branson, Lim Goh Tong and many others started small and were equipped with the power of their dream. The many big giants in business that you see today, Google, Amazon.com, Tesla, Facebook and the many others that you see today were once a small startup which eventually turned into empires.
Another piece of advice would be to stop being afraid and experiment. The confines of the soil aren’t as safe as what is above, so put yourself out there and take action. Never be hesitant to dream big, they’re free, so why not do it? One of the reasons that we feel afraid is because we are too busy comparing other people to ourselves. In fact we are all different and unique. We have our own unique DNA, our own unique genetic seeds. We have different stories, backgrounds, cultures, beliefs and ways on how we learn, so we must accept these facts and make our own story without having to think of others in front of us. This is what makes us unique individually. We are perfect by our imperfections and after all what matters is what is within your mind. What you have intellectually and everything else that exists in the material world is immaterial.

After all, it is YOUR growth to success, not anyone else’s.
S
uccess can also teach you one great lesson in life and that is with your growth and progress forward you must also learn how to stay humble along your path. The higher you go the humbler you become and this has been my motto in life. Being appreciative towards people and not completely change your attitudes to become more egoistic and arrogant towards others. You should learn to stay down-to-earth and avoid being boastful once you’ve grown. Do not look down on others trying to reach where you are. Everyone has their own beginning and only look down on others if you are willing to help them up in life. Give others a helping hand when they are in need. Isn’t it amazing as to how one tiny seed can lead to something beautiful and worthwhile? The power of the seed may be weak at first, but with the proper care will come grand results. And that is exactly how success works. When it comes to success, it all boils down to this: see yourself as a seed needing to be nurtured in order to grow into success. The process may be slow and arduous, but it will soon be worth it once you start to bloom. It’s never too late to begin, but the sooner you choose to grow, the better.
So start and sow your seed
now!

This ‘self talk’ is a form of positive reinforcement that will slowly instill a new image and rewire your mind to perceive you differently. We must be prepared not only for the high points during our journey, but also for the pitfalls that go with it. The bumps on the roads we face is inevitable and is indeed a crucial moment where you decide to stay fallen or to pick yourself back up and keep moving forward. Success may be passing the finish line and achieving your dream, but true success also comes from never giving up no matter what is thrown at you. In fact, we may even have the chance to turn those bumps into opportunities or learning experiences,
helping us take a huge step closer towards where we want to go. Success isn’t all about the money you want to make or how big the goal is, but the fact that you have a dream you want to achieve and you will do everything in your power to reach it. There are a number of people we can name that have been able to achieve great feats among the failures that came with it. A great example of someone who has never given up despite the setbacks would be Soichiro Honda, founder of Honda Motor Co., Ltd. It may be surprising for us to realize that a man with such a powerful company has overcome so many failures, really. But what is more surprising was the fact that no matter the situation
or trouble he goes through, he never once scrapped his dream. He only kept going, pushing himself to the limit until his dream became a reality. Today, there is not one person who hasn’t heard or seen a Honda car before. It’s made a name for itself, the reason why it’s nicknamed «king of the streets». Honda is the best form of inspiration millions can learn from in order to get past the barriers and move onto success. So, the question is, what was Honda’s life like and how did he keep moving forward despite his downfalls? For those who are not familiar with Honda’s life story, this is his story and the development of Honda Motors in a nutshell:

es you may have heard of this saying many times «When life gives you lemons, make lemonade» but how many really adhere to this philosophy?

Soichiro Honda does not hold a title of an engineer. He was not an honor student, and wasn’t born into a rich family. He was merely a man with a love for machinery and a dream to create his own company. His love for machinery started when working for his father in their bike repair shop. He wasn’t a very bright student and quit schooling at the age of 15, moving to Japan to work in the Hart Shokai Company where he learned more about how cars work, revving up the dream of manufacturing his own. He had his successes, opening up his own repair shop that 50

flourished. But he soon wanted more out of his life than just repair work and began looking into manufacturing. He soon started making piston rings, despite the no’s he received from investors. He threw himself into his project, enrolling into a university to improve his knowledge. From there on, he worked and studied day and night, eventually working with Toyota.
You see, Honda is just like us. Actually, we can say that he is even beneath us, suffering from poverty and lack of education.
Enduring the troubles that came with the Japanese war and poverty, he then managed to found Honda Motors, eventually making it as the third largest producer of cars in the world.
This doesn’t mean that we should drop out of our class and invest everything from a mere idea, but it means to carefully plan out your dream, create goals and start working.
But he did not listen to the labels people put on him and just kept trudging forward with his dream, making sure that every ounce of his mental and physical abilities were put into making his dream a reality.
«Success is 99% failure» Excuses are not considered; he never settled for mediocrity and created things half-assed. No, he made sure everything he did was top notch even with everyone laughing and rejecting his dreams. And this is one thing we should remember: Never settle for less and never listen to anything but positivity when it comes to having a dream. Your dreams may seem a bit too far off at first, but with the proper action, you will slowly get there, one step at a time. Like what he says, « Success is 99% failure », it is through our downfalls
when we truly see where we are going in our journey. There is no such thing as success without a bit of work. We must have dirt in our hands in order to pave the way towards our goals and dreams. Success is created through hard work, determination and the perseverance to reach for your dreams. Honda took many risks, risks that had him sleeping in his workshop and suffering from poverty and rejection. But the risks he took and consequences that came with it did not stop him. The fact that he was willing to risk everything for his beliefs drove him nearer towards his goals, which is what we should follow. If you believe in something, you should not cower when you feel the slightest tinge of doubt, but to take the risk and take action, if you truly
know that you are in the right. The last point we should get from Honda is the fact that the ideas will never stop. Even after his retirement, he was still associated with his company and having inspirational seminars around the world. Success doesn’t end when you’ve already established everything you dreamed of. There are still millions of ideas to tackle and things to discover, which is why we should never be content with what we have but to use our assets to further innovate the world, creating better dreams and reaching bigger goals. Ne ver be afr aid to dream big, bec ause who knows, you might be the nex t Soichiro Honda!
