Pascal will close his restaurant in Paris and relocate his entire Chef Team at La Scala, The Sukhothai Bangkok, from 10-15 November 2015. An exclusive one night only wine dinner, a rare and very special occasion, will take place on Thursday, 19 November 2015 for THB 4,500++ per person. This is indeed a rare opportunity to sample authentic Italian recipes of unparalleled creative flair prepared by Chef Michele, accompanied by superior wines from both vineyards. THIMIAN Concorde Cake 1 – 30 November 2015 Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Ganguillet has created one of the world’s most delightful delicacies, Concorde Cake from his secret recipe, composed of Bittersweet Chocolate Mousse, Light Chocolate Sponge, Praline Crisp and Cocoa Meringue. This cake was originally created in celebration of the French plane named The Concorde.
