Muscle Testing in ThetaHealing

Muscle testing is a practice used by thetahealing practitioners when they want to directly connect and communicate with the client’s subconscious. The typical human body contains approximately 650 skeletal muscles, however, determining the exact number of these muscles is quite a problem due to the many different definitions of muscle groups. The major question that arises here is how are our muscles related or connected to our subconscious mind? And how does the subconscious mind manifest itself in the muscles of the human body? The truth of the matter is that the subconscious part of the mind is actually the entire body that includes all the 650 or more skeletal muscles. All the negative experiences that range from trauma and insult to stress and anxiety are stored in these muscles. What thetahealing does is to identify and shift programs from the subconscious mind that negatively affect the positive aspects or areas of our lives and reprograms it with positive life force. Reprogramming of this part of the mind ensures that we carry on with day to day activities with a positive energy source that never ends. The technique used for mind-body communication is called kinesiology. Whenever you utter or think of something that your subconscious mind deems as true, the body and muscle electrical and magnetic fields get stronger. Similarly, when your thought or statement is detected as false, your body and muscles get weaker.
