BROKERS - Upon listing a property we personally invite and bring key brokers through new listings to the market. We have a great relationship with the brokerage community and we generate a tremendous response when we present our new listings. It’s a strategic opportunity to ensure that our client’s properties are front and center with the brokers that sell luxury real estate. - RLSIR Office Tours – On Tuesday mornings we have a sales meeting followed by a home tour at each of the RLSIR offices. We put our new listings on this tour to ensure that all agents that may have a buyer have a chance to tour the property. - We send an eblast with new listings to the RLSIR broker database and many times receive inquiries from the eblast from agents that would like to preview a listing for a client coming to town in the future.
BUYERS - LPG Team is able to generate more buyer showings based on our dominant luxury listing market share in Paradise Valley, Arcadia and Scottsdale. With 60+ luxury listings in our inventory we have a unique connection to all buyers in the luxury market. We are showing more upscale homes that any other team in the market which allows us to meet buyers that tour our listings with other brokers. Many times we are able to guide other brokers with their clients to listings we have that may be a better fit for their clients. CONCLUSION
Prior to taking professional photos/video and listing your property, the LPG Team will conduct a walk-through and provide a detailed staging plan. We will make recommendations and assist with vendor recommendations to ensure the property makes the best impressions. Once we begin to show the property we will receive feedback from buyers that we can use as a barometer for other staging items that need to be addressed.
