HOW TO MAKE BANGIN’ BOSTON BUTT TACOS ON THE GREEN EGG

Looking for the perfect recipe for this weekend, try our smoked Boston Butt tacos with homemade coleslaw and street corn salad.

Log on to YOUTUBE and search “Julielinh Mouret” for all her recipes and follow the step by step directions.

SMOKED PORK: • Boston Butt • Mustard (enough to cover the meat) • Kosher Salt • Butt Rub Seasoning (enough to cover every nook and cranny) • Apple juice (1/3 pitcher) • Water (2/3 pitcher) • Roasting pan • Lots of Butt Wipes ;)

COLESLAW: • Bag of Coleslaw • 3/4c Mayo • 1/4c Sugar • 1 1/2Tbsp Diced Jalapeños • 1 Lemon, juiced • 1tsp salt • 1tsp pepper

TACOS: • Tortillas • Avocados, sliced • FOX BBQ sauce • Coleslaw • Pulled Pork • Cilantro, to garnish

STREET CORN SALAD: • 4 corn on the cob, raw and cut from the cob • 1/4 of Red Bell Pepper • 1/4 of small Red Onion • 1/2 Lime, juiced • 1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped • 1 Green Onion, green part only • 1/4c Cilantro, finely cut • 1/4-1/2c Queso Fresco, crumbled • 1tsp Chili Powder • 1 Avocado, diced • 1/4c Greek Yogurt of Mayo (optional) • Salt and Pepper to taste
