We were just another two soul who loved but meant to lose each other

And wander around all over again, independently. But I’ll still choose a route, where we might end up together.

You, of all people, were always that someone I wish I didn’t have to lose

But the universe has its way of not giving me what I always wanted

And maybe if I will be given a chance, I would ask you, “How did your love die out too soon?” But then, I would be reminded; You don’t belong to me, You have the right to leave, To fall out of love, To let go of me, of us. True enough, this has been my hardest pill to swallow.

I wasn’t ready to untangle the parts we shared, Only to find out that your heart’s tangled with someone else I’m sorry but I had to let you go I had to do it because it’s already a losing battle

You are that type of love that I’ll never get back I was hoping we could make it in this lifetime, but no You are not the one for me
