"If Parallel Universe truly exists, I wish that my other self met you there too. Cause your heart is pure, and I'm so lucky to have you." He said. I just looked into his eyes and felt his sincerity with the words he uttered. But, then.

"I have to go." He whispered after reading a message on his phone, leaving me all alone at the seaside. Tears ran on my face as I watched the sunset with melancholy. It is not me who can have him for a lifetime. He didn't know this, but I need to be in disguise from time to time. He's a human while I'm a merman. It's a double conflict— we can't be together.

I should have gone to where I belong. Watch him, afar from me, while I swim in the sea of tears. And if a parallel universe does exist, I hope my other self didn't meet him there. Myself and my other self deserves to be happy. It is only fair.
