INTRODUCTION

My name is Fleming “Triple” Trainor and I started my real estate career by flipping my own properties before I graduated from college. I graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where I received dual degrees in Business in Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development, and was also a part of the USC Women’s NCAA Championship Golf team. My passion for this business and helping people, enables me to be successful in southern California’s ever-changing market.

WHERE I WORK

I like to think I’m a ‘Jill of All Trades, Master of None,’ which is why I don’t pigeon-hole myself to any one location. I have a very wide vernacular of the southern California landscape and find that by having a wider breadth of area knowledge, I can speak more intelligently to our clients about their wants and needs in a variety of different areas. That’s why my motto is:

‘From the valleys to the seas and everywhere in between!’

I work predominantly in both Los Angeles County and Orange County, however I have resources to assist when working in Riverside and San Bernardino County, should the need arise.

Here’s a map detailing the wide region where I can help clients: from Malibu down to San Juan Capistrano, all of LA, the San Gabriel Valley and as far east as Rancho Cucamonga.

I bring a fresh perspective to real estate. I pride myself on client education. I want them to know when and when not to pursue certain real estate transactions. This position allows for the building of trust and knowing that I will never compromise my ethics or my clients’ and their investments. I truly strive to create long-lasting relationships and recognize that it’s the little details that I harness technology and the power of the internet to assist my clients in achieving maximum results. In fact, I teach other agents in the local SIR offices in methods of technology integration, viral marketing/advertising
