During my recent stay at the Radisson Blu Phu Quoc Resort, I had the pleasure of experiencing their Vietnamese cuisine offerings. Nestled in a beautiful location on Phu Quoc Island, the resort boasts an array of dining options, with the Vietnamese restaurant being one of the highlights As a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, I was excited to indulge in some authentic flavors during my stay

Ambiance: The ambiance of the Vietnamese restaurant was nothing short of charming. Set amidst lush greenery, the restaurant had an open-air concept, allowing guests to enjoy the warm tropical breeze while dining. The traditional Vietnamese decor and warm lighting added to the overall cozy and inviting atmosphere

Service: The service provided by the restaurant staff was attentive and friendly From the moment I was seated until the end of the meal, the staff made sure that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They were knowledgeable about the menu and readily offered suggestions and explanations about various dishes, which was especially helpful for those less familiar with Vietnamese cuisine.

Food: The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the food The menu featured a wide selection of classic Vietnamese dishes, including pho, banh mi, spring rolls, and various seafood specialties I opted for the following dishes:

Pho: The traditional Vietnamese noodle soup did not disappoint. The broth was flavorful, with a delicate balance of spices, and the rice noodles were cooked to perfection. The generous portions of tender beef and fresh herbs added a burst of flavor to the dish

Grilled Seafood: The restaurant's grilled seafood platter was a treat for seafood lovers The prawns, squid, and fish were all beautifully grilled and seasoned, allowing the natural flavors of the seafood to shine through. The accompanying dipping sauces complemented the seafood excellently.

Banh Xeo: The Vietnamese pancake, banh xeo, was a delightful surprise. Crispy on the outside and filled with a savory mix of shrimp, bean sprouts, and herbs, it was a perfect combination of textures and flavors

Goi Cuon: The fresh spring rolls were a light and refreshing starter Packed with herbs, vermicelli, shrimp, and pork, they were a healthy and delightful way to begin the meal.

My experience with the Vietnamese cuisine at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc Resort was truly enjoyable. The ambiance, service, and most importantly, the food, all combined to create a memorable dining experience The flavors were authentic, and the quality of the dishes was commendable While the prices were on the higher side, it was justified by the overall experience and the beautiful setting of the resort
