The Outcomes Service
TLC Outcomes completed its 11th successful Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) Survey. TLC Outcomes began in-person Supported Employment groups in November 2022. The groups met weekly and the focus is job readiness to prepare individuals for paid employment.
TLC Outcomes became an affiliate of the American Dream Network (ADEN) in the summer of 2022 and now provides support to individuals that want to work that receive Social Security benefits due to a disability Through Ticket to Work TLC Outcomes provides job readiness, job seeking and job retention supports, and follows the individual long-term as he or she works towards economic self-sufficiency or improves his or her economic situation through earnings.

DDA Direct Support Professional of the Year Award
TLC Outcomes offers over 30 inperson Community Development Services (CDS) groups a week. Locations are up-county, mid-county and lower-county.
TLC Outcomes also offers more than 30 virtual CDS groups a week. Topics range from social and communication skills, to Job Club, Bingo, Mad Libs, Sports Club and many other topics After many months of virtual services during Covid, TLC Outcomes resumed providing all of its Pre-Employment Transition Services (PreETS) in-person this year.
