round America, from the corner drug store to the White House, to the kitchen table, to the back porch, one thing has become glaringly apparent – there is a more cynical attitude in the Black Community that says ‘America is not committed to racial justice’. According to The Boston Globe, many within The Black Community have begun to rethink integration because as they say, “it never truly happened anyway”. Even some of the old ‘war-horses’ of the Civil Rights Movement have been tossing around the word “re-segregation”. Last year, amidst headlines from CNN’s 2003 article entitled “Blacks Lose Better Jobs Faster As Middle Class Work Drops” -- and The Washington Post’s 2003 article entitled, “Court Mirrors Public Opinion”, we find ourselves re-addressing the same issues that our forefathers once faced as newly [socalled] ‘freed’ slaves. Our people experienced ‘racial profiling’ as they moved about society, heavily burdened by the “laws” coming from the courts that were designed to hold them in check, rather than to set them free; and upon reading any current newspaper, the struggles of our people is the same. BET.COM indicated, “With this year’s ‘cold economy’, unemployment has become become an all-too-common status for people like Georgia Glaze.

graduated from college 16 years ago. "It's been kind of tough," she said. It gets discouraging, but she doesn't give up. "There's a lot of competition so I just have to keep plugging away. Something will come through hopefully." The economy began to slump years before 9/11, but the frozen economy since 9/11 has demonstrated just how real inequality is in this country for Black Americans. The controlling few [hiding behind 9/11 and the word “terrorism”] are working their plan which has already begun America’s collapse. Republican members of Congress and the Bush administration pushed legislation last year that they claimed would stimulate the economy, but their stimulus gave the rich a boost, instead of those who could really use it. When the wealthy get more money, they save it rather than spend it in a way that would give an immediate jolt to the economy. Thus, the rich continue to get richer and the poor, poorer. This is proved by U.S. Labor Department figures that have recorded the largest jump in unemployment in years!! Government officials continue their rejoicing of falling unemployment, but political events always have a different spin for Blacks. America’s structural inequities have consistently run the Black rate twice as high as the White rate for the past 100 years. While the overall, half-point increase sent shivers through the country, the full point jump in the African American rate was twice as devastating. The latest figures show Black joblessness growing at double the White rate and is actually going backwards for Blacks. BLACK PEOPLE WERE THE ONLY LABOR DEPARTMENT CATEGORY TO SEE AN INCREASE IN UNEMPLOYMENT from 11.2% as of 9/03 to 11.5% by 10/03 according to Bet.com News, Dec. 16, 2003]. The national unemployment rate [5.7%] as of March 2004 is almost as high as the employment downturn of 1994 [6.6%] according to USA Today. This means a whole lot of people at the end of the week are still standing in long unemployment lines where no one is handing them a paycheck. Yet George Bush and his ‘crew’ continue out-sourcing American jobs, literally pouring them overseas to China, India and Korea. And to make matters worse, the Bush “invitation” to grant illegal immigrants “citizenship status” is a slap in the face to Blacks since our own citizenship in this country has been non-existent historically [regarding quality of life]. History, current news and PROPHECY proves that our “struggles” are, INDEED, unchanged! form of agriculture that had changed little since the first slaves were brought to America While the Civil War had given Black Americans their [so-called] political emancipation, they still remained yoked to an EXPLOITATIVE economic system that kept them NEAR to servitude. After the Civil War & a short period of reconstruction, blacks made significant [but SLOW, PAINFUL] gains. Former White plantation owners, however, reasserted control over their FORMER SLAVES by instituting the sharecropper system!! The images of Black sharecroppers were even depicted on local and regional confederate notes [The Confederate States of America]. Near STARVATION, LANDLESS AND DESPERATE FOR WORK, black Americans became reluctant pawns in the new sharecropping scheme. Under the new system they were LEASED [allowed to rent] farmland, were given housing, seed, farm tools, and mules. In return, [payment] 40% of their harvest HAD to be given over to the [ex-SLAVE-MASTER]. Although the remaining harvest was to go to the sharecropper, their monthly wages were always too little, FORCING tenants to borrow on credit FROM THE GENERAL STORE. [THIS FORCING BLACKS TO BUY and SELL WITHIN THE SYSTEM parallels THE SYSTEM’S MARK OF THE BEAST coming upon mankind in the not-so-distant-future]. Today, as well as back then, corporations do not promote the working class having a satisfactory INCOME or OWNING their own things. Instead, goods were often marked up and interest rates on credit [and SIN TAXES] were and still are exorbitant! THIS CAUSES INFLATION, WHICH IS A TAX and is a perfect description of our modern day system of capitalism]. At harvest time, sharecroppers owed the landlord more money than their share of the harvest was worth, FORCING them into further DEBT AND DEPENDENCY. O ur struggles, are defined as “The Negro Problem” in a book entitled the same, by author, W.E.B. DuBois, who also wrote an article entitled “The Strivings of The Negro People”. [But our “old folks” used to title it best in their saying…’our people are between a Rock and a hard place’]. DuBois’ article, that was published in The Atlantic Monthly in August 1897, had much “truth” for The Black Community because it parallels the bible so uncannily. All across the United States, the actions of state governments approving same sex marri-ages [under the classification of a minority and judges’ failure to overturn these decisions] is a topic that is in the media from the religious to the business sector and from the business to the political sector. But America’s struggle with the issue is not a new one. In the September 25, 1980 issue of Jet Magazine, Paulette Pritchard and Irma Ash’s same-sex wedding was featured in an article entitled Church Unitement: The Sexes. This couple [two Black females who were actually married in a ceremony conducted by a Black church] said they’d known each other for six years after having met while working at a nursing home in Washington, D.C. According to CNS News [The Cybercast News Service, February 9, 2004], public schools all across America are being encouraged to debate the issue in their classrooms. Teachers now have an easy “curriculum guide” at their disposal in a six-point lesson plan from the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network. The lesson plans range from discussing the “historical parallels” of same sex marriage to providing students with the chance to read books about homosexual relations and then consider what it would be like to be in a same-sex wedding. But this deception has become “global”, as has almost everything else. In 1996, the Netherlands gave same-sex couples certain rights and in 2000, they passed a bill allowing them to marry and adopt children. Demark passed bills between 1997-1999 calling for the possible payment of alimony for those desiring to terminate a same-sex marriage. In 2001, Germany passed a law recognizing registered partners who have tax benefits that are very close to that of married heterosexuals while New Zealand ‘went all the way’ in granting status. the 1980 Jet article, it appears that the church’s use of the word ‘unitement’ [instead of wedding or marriage], indicated their reluctance to give the union “legal or moral credibility”. According to the bible, YHWH has spoken clearly against same sex relationships and described it as “uncleanness” and “unnatural use”. Always leaving us a way to escape temptation, his explanation on the subject has also given us understanding as to why these things are occurring: Romans 1:21, 26-28 “Because that, WHEN THEY KNEW GOD [ELOHIM], THEY GLORIFIED HIM NOT as God [Elohim], neither were thankful…but became vain in their imaginations…their foolish heart was darkened. FOR THIS CAUSE GOD [ELOHIM] GAVE THEM UP UNTO VILE AFFECTIONS…even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet. And EVEN AS THEY DID NOT LIKE TO RETAIN GOD [ELOHIM] IN THEIR KNOWLEDGE, GOD [ELOHIM] GAVE THEM OVER TO A REPROBATE MIND, TO DO THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE NOT CONVENIENT.”
Having read these words, what believer would not warn one so engaged in these activities of this certain judgment?? But what is also important for believers to remember is that sin is sin in the eyes of YHWH; whether it be homosexuality or telling lies - - all are guilty of sin!! There is none righteous….no, not one [Rom 3:10]. Thus, we must repent [turn away] from all sin as the scripture instructs us to do before sin becomes rooted and grounded in our lives. In March 2001, The European Parliament passed a motion calling on all EU [European Union] countries to pass legislation recognizing same-sex unions. The Daughter of Europe [America] is following her mother’s command. Pro-family groups are seething mad. The U.S. Government, having already maintained a budget of $122 million, the 15% increase is coming from American taxpayer funds. According to Family News In Focus, American Family Association President, Tim Wildmon said, “Spending our money on such things as homosexual film festivals, and art exhibits that are blasphemous” is wrong. The article indicated that the NEA sponsors everything from opera, modern dance to art – including many projects through the years that have had a decidedly obscene or anti-Christian [religious] bent. This information alone is more than sufficient evidence that George Bush is not working for the American people, but he is most certainly working the ultra “rich” super-elite “agenda” to destroy this country. America’s destruction is also verified in scripture, YHWH’s agenda, because his people are still captives here suffering under the unjust hand of those who reaped their benefits via our people’s demise: James 5:1-6 “Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you. Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are moth eaten. Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Wire [United Nations Wire], The World Trade Organization [WTO] announced on February 25, 2004, that it has given the approval for the European Union to impose The W atchm an – The U nited Congregation of Israel
trade sanctions against the United States totaling $370 million because Washington has not cancelled an 88-year-old law that allows U.S. producers to sue foreign companies that sell imported products on the U.S. market below fair market value. The WTO ruled the U.S. Anti-Dumping Act illegal in 2000, giving the country until December 2001 to revoke the law. The U.S. Congress, however, has maintained the law in complete defiance. According to the EU, three European companies are currently being sued by U.S. companies for selling products below fair market value [BBC Brazil.COM, February 24, 2004]. The European Commission has said it’s planning on imposing the same sort of financial penalties on U.S. companies found guilty of dumping European markets. Under international trade rules, countries can increase customs duties on imports that are below fair market value, but they cannot sue. The EU started imposing the sanctions [fines] against the U.S. the first week of March, 2004. As motes are deployed more and more widely, the potential for the misuse of the information they collect can only grow, Culler says. He and his colleagues at Berkeley's Center for Information Technology Research in the interest of Society are already looking at how laws might be updated to protect the privacy of individuals whose comings and goings, for instance, may one day be tracked by motes. He continued past the exit, as a security officer stopped him [to make the viewer believe he was being caught for shoplifting; but the officer simply said, "You forgot your receipt". Then the commercial announcer began to say something about the "future of E-business". The future of E- business lies in the MARK of the beast! In the coming E-system [cashless society], a receipt will not be necessary, but it was added to the commercial as another step to ease the introduction of this system. U.S. Department of Defense (DOI) has poked fun at the scriptures having named their own military smart card, the M.A.R.C. An acronym for Multi-technology Automated Reader Card, the M.A.R.C. card is issued to military personnel. Announced in The Pacific Business Journal News originally in February 1997, the Marines have been using the card for its military personnel since ’95. The cards [computerized dog tags] account for security clearance, meal rations, commissions, passport data, next of kin, medical data [including immunizations] and financial information. Pat Kelly, Director of Pacific Operations [DOI] said, “I understand the thoughts that this is shades of Big Brother, and the end of the world, but Big Brother does not exist in the wallet”. But it does on that chip inside the card, in the wallet!! Having miniaturized the chip’s components, [sensors, radio transmitters, batteries, hard-ware] and having improved its programming to be both “smart and energy efficient” [i.e., smart dust], the chip is now “syringe-injectable, heat resistant and is compatible with human tissue”. to the FinalCall.com News, Chicago, if Black America were an independent country, its wealth would rank as the 11th richest in the world, based upon a consumer research document that analyzes Black spending power annually. But that power is being squandered, relegating Black Americans to economic slavery, instead of financial freedom. Target Market News, Inc. (TMN), a Chicago-based research group, recently released “The Buying Power of Black America” which showed that $631 billion flowed through Black hands in 2002. In comparison, the United States ranked first in Gross National Income (GNI) at $9.6 trillion in 2000. This is impressive! Some have defended our spending trends by indicating that being the nation’s largest group of consumers is a method of rebelling against slavery and racial profiling by purchasing items that improve the quality of life that many non-Blacks seems so unwilling to allow us to have. In this manner, we have forcefully attained a lifestyle that for centuries was confined to upper and middle-class white Americans. But, looking deeper into this issue, it’s not so much that we are consumers, but the real issue is what we buy and where we buy it. Black Americans are the nations largest consumers in audio and visual equipment, cell phones, clothing, food, music, liquor and cigarettes; and nearing the top in purchasing ‘high-end’ automobiles. These are perishable goods with no real material (durable) value. With the age or consumption of these products, Black America is left with nothing in her hands. These facts have left our nation in a continual whirlwind where we work to accumulate more ‘stuff’ while never really attaining the wealth we seek. Real wealth and economic power is tied to land ownership. While 50% of married Americans own their homes, land or real estate ownership outside of residential living space is relatively nonexistent among our people. which in turn, generates more wealth once the business is established; while the land or property itself generates equity and (generally) has a higher resale value than when originally purchased. The article quoted, "The children of Israel were taken out of Egypt and given the Promised Land so they could be a free people. There has never been IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD a people who were free and independent with no land”. “Arise, walk through the land; the length of it; the breadth of it; I’ll give it unto you”. Dr. Claude Anderson, author of the book Powernomics: said, “In a capitalistic society, there is no such thing as consumer power – it’s an oxymoronic term. His logic is based on facts noted in the July 23, 2003 Final-Call.COM article entitled “Consumer Nation”. He noted that African Americans are in exactly in the same [financial] position as they were in 1860 on the eve of the Civil War. “At that time, 98% of Black people in American were en-slaved and we had ½ of 1% of this nation’s wealth. 140 years later, when we’re supposed to be free, we still have ½ of 1% of the wealth of the richest nation on earth”!! The reason is our failure to recycle our money within our own com-munities -including wealthy Blacks who have yet to truly reach out to their own.

In The Parable of The Fig Tree, as mentioned in Mathew 24, a whole chapter’s dedicated to Yahshua’s description of his own 2nd coming which also concerns knowing the Signs of The Time. Creation was designed by YHWH Elohim [not Mother Nature] so that a tender tender plant will put forth leaves in the spring. A few months later [in the summer] there is supposed to be fruit. From Genesis 1, mankind was commanded be fruitful and multiply reproducing the same fruit [productive believers] that usually does not fall far from the tree. YHWH wants, expects and demands fruitfulness. This is why Yahshua cursed the tree that had no fruit [our forefathers/natural Israel]. Just as the natural body requires nourishment, the Holy Spirit feeds believers so that they should put forth more fruit thereby feeding other believers. A good tree [Spiritual Israel] must bear fruit in due season. This fig tree will give fruit [or figs] in one day, our nation will be rebuilt having their hearts turned back to YHWH by the Two Witnesses of Zech 4 [Two Olive Trees– also signifying Israel]. These two prophets found in Rev 11 are two angels manifested in human form. Matt 21:19 “And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

“But, the ‘freedman’ has not yet found in freedom his promised land. Whatever of lesser good may have come in these years of change, the shadow of a deep disappointment rests upon the Negro people, -- a disappointment all the more bitter. The first decade was merely a prolongation of the vain search for freedom, the boon [reward] that seemed ever so close, eluded their grasp, maddening and misleading “the headless host” [of Black people]. “The holocaust of war, the terrors of the Ku Klux Klan, the lies of carpetbaggers, the disorganization of industry, and the contradictory advice of friends and foes left the bewildered serf [Negro] with no new watchword beyond the old cry for ‘FREEDOM’. Repeating that last paragraph, considering all that has been revealed about our people [and according to prophecy and scripture], it should have said, “ …And so, they press on [are lead on by the Rock of Ages], holding onto [faith] those visions [prophecies] of a better place, of rivers and streams [land of milk and honey], with words of Peace and blessings [Shalom] to all creation on their lips, and with rest [millennial rest] and righteousness [en-joining of the everlasting New Covenant written firmly] in their hearts. We are told we are a nation that shall be “SOUGHT OUT” [Isa 62:12]… a nation to whom other nations will “CLING TO” and we have been given the reason why:
Isa 55:5 “Behold…nations that knew not you shall RUN UNTO YOU because of YHWH YOUR ELOHIM, and FOR the Holy One of Israel; because HE HAS GLORIFIED YOU”.
The decay of capitalism on a world scale and the struggle of Black people, has precipitated a tremendous battle for the minds of our people. DuBois said, “Negro people, they’re asleep”. Our potential lies in our true identity and the GOD who chose us as servants to serve Him. Black people know [more those on the outside looking in through [living life in this skin], that we were not chosen because we were better than other nations…far from it. According to the entire chapter of Ezekiel 16, we appear to be the worse!! [See this parable of a wretched infant shown in the natural-born state of Israel & Judah and the comparison of their ways to those of pagan nations]. But, in spite of ourselves, we were still chosen anyway by a SOVEREIGN GOD who has the right to chose. Are all of these things simply coincidence, or are these the realities of the Negro who knows not whom he is?? Thus, we can taste the lack of salt in the earth to this day!!
