The Ursuline School - Annual Donor Report 2020
Rich Tradition BOLD AMBITION
The Annual Fund is our top priority fundraiser. It is a vital revenue source that helps keep tuition increases to a minimum and supports some of the programming that makes Ursuline such an exceptional school. Participation by the entire community in the Annual Fund—Board of Trustees, alumnae, parents, parents of alumnae, faculty and staff, grandparents—is often a consideration when we apply to charitable foundations for grant support. For example, programs such as Global Education & Serviam, which includes our new Scholar-in-Residence, is partially funded by a grant from The Edward E. Ford Foundation. Similarly, TUSMUNC, The Ursuline School Model United Nations Middle School Conference, and the new Louise Este Bruce Scholarship are funded by grants from the Louise Este Bruce Foundation. Foundation support is also responsible for several of the spectacular facility upgrades such as the reimagining of the Gabelli Library and Room 310, two projects made possible thanks to the extraordinary support of The H.W. Wilson Foundation.
We are very grateful to the following individuals, families and organizations whose donations make many wonderful things happen at Ursuline!
