We are a small bakery that prides itself on high quality design, and delicious, from scsc confections, and more. Also available by pre-order are our custom wedding and specialty c Pastries and Breads Our year-round inventory is baked fresh and includes a variety of puff pastries, cinnamon rolls, danishes, croissants, breads, quiches, scones and muffins.

Confections Cannolis, tea cookies, macarons, cream puffs, truffles, 6 inch buttersponge and chocolate ganache cakes and classic cookies are among some of the staples we have in stock on a rotating basis. We have become well known for our half-pound brownies and blondies. If you haven’t tried one yet, stop in and have a taste on us.

Pies and Cakes With made from scratch pie crusts, Chef Knight’s pies are better than homemade. Available in 6”, 8” and 10” sizes. Larger sizes available upon request.

Classes and Parties Make, bake and take with us! Chef Knight is skilled at teaching the physics of food. Join us for one of our pre-scheduled high-altitude pie, bread or cookie classes or contact us to schedule your own private group booking. $25 per person, per class. Class duration is 1½ to 2 hours. We have pizza making or cookie decorating classes for kids that are also perfect options for a birthday party. Juice or milk boxes and birthday cake are included (size determined by number of guests) and, the birthday child is free. $20 per guest.

Coffee and Tea We are a proud supporter of local businesses. We have fresh coffee brewed daily and we offer English tea service for groups or individuals. Or take home a bag with you!

Wedding Cakes If you can dream it, Chef Knight can make it. Whether you are having an intimate or large event, we can customize your cake to fit your order. We offer buttercream and chocolate ganache cakes with sweet and savory flavor choices. Some of our filling options include fruit, cream, mousse and caramel. We also have a variety of stands and wood coins available for use by the bride and groom. Traditional or contemporary cake decór is available using advanced piping methods such as quilt, stucco, stacked royal icing and ruffle.

Specialty Cakes We have petit four, entrémet, birthday, anniversary and other cakes available for your special occasion. A range of round and rectangle sizes are available from 6” to a full sheet. Prices start at $20.

We use only 100% butter in our recipes.

After you have reserved your date, we will schedule a tasting for the bride, groom and up to four additional guests. Our unique tasting arrangement offers you a wide selection of fresh filling, cake and icing combinations.

Enjoy your First Anniversary cake compliments of The Village Patisserie. We require a $100 deposit to reserve your date. Cake prices are $6.50 per person for buttercream finish and $7 per person for fondant. As we build our cakes on-site there is a $15 set-up fee. Delivery is an additional fee based on location.
