Hosted from September 23-26, the Warren Homecoming is not one single event but an umbrella framework, organized by the Fine Arts Council of Trumbull County, of local activities and community gatherings. Several area businesses and organizations are getting involved. Kent State University Trumbull Branch will kick off the weekend by hosting the “Ren-
dezvous in the Alley” meet and greet at Dave Grohl Alley. Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership will be conducting a “Garden District Trolley Tour” to display recent redevelopment of the Warren neighborhood. Additionally, the Warren Gridiron Club is holding a dinner at the Trumbull Country Club with Warren legends of the NFL. The Warren Area Board of REALTORS® will sponsor an open house style “Showcase of Homes” on Saturday, September 24, 2016, from noon to 3 p.m. This is an opportunity for those out-of-towners, that may be considering a return home, to get a small taste of what the Warren Area housing market has to offer prospective buyers.
