Faith is a beautiful girl with gorgeous green eyes, awaiting her forever home. She is so sweet that she will melt your heart. She gets along with all of the other dogs at Pawz 2 Adopt, and loves to play with her best friend, Emily. She is even good with cats. She keeps her crate clean, but they aren’t positive she is 100 percent housebroken. If you have a place in your heart and your home for Faith, send a personal message to the Pawz 2 Adopt Facebook page and help put a smile on her face!
Handsome Mr. Winston is still looking for the perfect country home. He needs room to run and play. He would like a home with other dogs, where he can romp around and be a dog. City life isn’t for him. Pawz 2 Adopt is not sure how he does with little children, but an older child would be a great companion for him. The shelter doesn’t know how he does with cats, he may chase them. Contact Nancy Ferrell Logero with Pawz 2 Adopt if you are interested in giving him the loving home this guy needs.

Poland library hosted a week long program teaching children how to decorate different items using the screen printing process June 27 through July 1. Jen Kuczek, a Poland librarian, provided materials for those who attended the screen printing program. Among the materials were paint, tote bags, white shirts and other supplies required for screen printing. Kuczek printed out a packet of instructions for the guests to follow along with and take home for future reference. Guests of a variety of ages attended the event. Some of the guests were younger children and some were teenagers in high school. One of the guests who attended the event is going to school for graphic design, so the screen printing design process was right up her alley. “It’s very neat to see how they started on Monday and now they’re just like experts. They’re pretty much all making extra ones now,” said Kuczek. There were nine people who signed up to attend the library program. Some of the guests attended the whole week, while others attended just one or a couple of the days.
