DOES ONE SIDE OF THE FACE DROOP OR IS IT NUMB? ASK THE PERSON TO SMILE.

ARM WEAKNESS IS ONE ARM WEAK OR NUMB? SEE IF THE PERSON CAN RAISE BOTH ARMS.
