Australia Standard delivery is $18.00 (excluding yarn). Trackable 3-10 working days. DHL Express – suitable for urban areas (2-5 days delivery): $25.00
All taxes are included in the purchase price for Australian orders.
UK Delivery is $25.00 (excluding yarn). Trackable 3-7 working days. Carrier: NZ Post
All taxes are added to the purchase price at the checkout for all UK orders.
International Delivery is $25.00 (excluding yarn). Usually trackable 10 - 15 working days. Carrier: NZ Post.
All taxes and duties incurred are not included in the purchase price and are NOT the responsibility of The Wool Company. Freight for yarn purchase outside of NZ is calculated according to the weight of the yarn. These rates can be found on our website.
Back Orders: If a product is temporarily out of stock you may wish to place it on back order, we will advise the expected dispatch date by email or phone and it will be sent as soon as it becomes available. There will be no additional delivery charge for items on back order.
Your credit card will not be charged for backorders until they are dispatched.
Note: Due to printing process there maybe slight variations between colours shown and the actual garment colours.
Guarantee: It is our aim to provide you with quality New Zealand made products. Should our products or service fail or disappoint you in anyway, please let us know. We will do our best to rectify the problem.
Exchanges/ Returns: We accept returns for the purpose of exchange, garment fault or change of mind. You will be refunded the value of the item at the time of your transaction. Items can be returned within 21 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with swing tags attached. Any garments without the swing tags attached will only be able to be exchanged or refunded with a store credit. Damaged, worn, or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded. In the rare event that a fault should appear after a garment has been worn, it can be laundered and returned to us, providing no more than 6 months has elapsed since the purchase date. We will assess the fault in the garment on its return.
Postage costs of returning an item/s will be at your own expense; if an item is faulty, please call us to arrange free postage. No additional delivery charges will be incurred on exchanges. Please include your completed returns form with your garments or yarn with clear instructions.
Refunds: Any refunds will be credited in the same manner in which they were originally paid. i.e. credit card or gift card. Telebanking and eftpos orders will be refunded by bank deposit or store credit. Any refund less than $10.00 will be issued as a store credit.
